Վերջին շրջանի աղմկահարույց քրեական գործերից մեկով շոշափվում է Հայաստանի տնտեսության հսկայի՝ «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի» անունը։ Դատախազությունը նոյեմբերի սկզբին հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցել Շվեյցարիայի համադաշնության և Հայաստանի քաղաքացի Կարեն Վանեցյանի նկատմամբ՝ նրան մեղադրելով հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված գույքն օրինականացնելու՝ այսինքն փողերի լվացման մեջ։ Ըստ էության` գործ ունենք անցյալում կատարված պրոցեսների հետ, որոնք որևէ առնչություն չունեն ներկայումս իրականացվող ԶՊՄԿ աշխատանքների հետ։

Թեև տարաբնույթ լրատվական հոսքերով մեկ անգամ ևս փորձ արվեց առիթն օգտագործել և սևացնել թիվ մեկ հարկատուի անունը` Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը հայտնել է, թե ընթացող քրեական վարույթի առկայության պայմաններում դեռևս զերծ են մնում քրեական վարույթի մասին մեկնաբանություններ տալուց, հատկապես հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ ոչ ընկերությունը, որպես իրավաբանական անձ, ոչ ընկերության մեծամասնական բաժնեմասի սեփականատերը, ընթացող վարույթի հետ որևէ առնչություն չունեն։

Հատկապես այսօր, երբ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը ոչ միայն Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ հարկատուն է, այլ նաև իր վճարած հարկերով բազմակի գերազանցում է նույնիսկ երկրորդ և երրորդ տեղերում հայտնված ընկերություններին, լրատվամիջոցներն ու իրավապահ համակարգը պարտավոր են առնվազն այս դեպքում առաջնորդվել հանրային կարևորագույն շահով և տեղեկատվություն տարածելիս լինել առավել զգոն և օբյեկտիվ, հաշվի առնելով, որ երկրի տնտեսության թիվ մեկ շարժիչ ուժի համբավն արտաքին հարթակներում գրեթե նույնական է մեր երկրի համբավին։
