Ընտանիքում բռնարարի ձեռքին էլեկտրոնային ձեռնակապ կդրվի և առցանց կվերահսկվի նրա տեղաշարժը: Համապատասխան նախագիծը ներկայացրեց Ներքին գործերի նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանը։

ՆԳ նախարարը  հիշեցրեց, որ 2023 թվականին ընդունվել է համապատասխան օրենսդրական փաթեթ, որով հնարավորություն է ընձեռվում ընտանիքում բռնության դեմ պայքարի շրջանակներում զոհերի պաշտպանություն իրականացնել ավելի արդյունավետ եղանակով, այն է՝ միայն էլեկտրոնային հսկողության միջոցների, այսպես կոչված՝ էլեկտրոնային ձեռնակապերի միջոցով։

«Արդյունքում, բռնարարի նկատմամբ կիրառվելու է էլեկտրոնային հսկողության միջոց թե անհետաձգելի միջամտության, թե պաշտպանական որոշումների շրջանակներում։

Նախագծով առաջարկվում է սահմանել էլեկտրոնային հսկողության միջոցների կիրառման կարգը։ Հսկողության ամբողջ գործընթացը իրականացվելու է թվային եղանակով, որը թույլ կտա առանց մարդկային միջամտության հասկանալ,թե արդյոք բռնարարը խախտե՞լ է իրեն ամրացված էլեկտրոնային հսկողության միջոցով էլեկտրոնային հսկողության կարգը, թե՞ ոչ, և եթե, այո, ապա ավտոմատ համակարգը, ահազանգի միջոցով նույնականացնելով խախտումը, ոստիկանությանը թույլ է տալու հետագայում ձեռնարկել համապատասխան միջոցներ։

Նախագծի ընդունումը կհանդիսանա առաջընթաց ընտանիքում բռնության դեմ պայքարի գործում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության իրավասու ծառայողների ջանքերը տեխնոլոգիական լուծումների միջոցով առավել արդյունավետ դարձնելու առումով»,- ընդգծեց Ղազարյանը։

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ նախագծի ընդունումից հետո քայլեր են ձեռնարկվելու մրցութային համապատասխան ընթացակարգով կազմակերպություններ ներգրավելու և համակարգի ներդրումը ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։

«Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ սա աշխատատար գործընթաց է, ներառելու է համապատասխան ծրագրային մշակում, սերվերային կարողությունների կարգավորում, առաջարկվում է նախագիծը ուժի մեջ դնել 2025 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից»,- եզրափակեց Ղազարյանը։
