Հայաստանյան ֆինանսական շուկայում տուրբուլենտությունը շարունակվում է։ Հոկտեմբերի սկզբին, երբ խուճապի պատճառով արտարժույթի փոխարժեքը զգալիորեն տատանվեց, հատկապես Արցախի վերջնական հայաթափման հետևանքով, նաև խոսակցություններ էին գնում Սյունիքի վրա հարձակման հնարավորության մասին, մարդիկ խուճապահար փախչում էին դրամից, ցանկացած գնով դոլար էին գնում, որպեսզի ապահովագրեն իրենց հնարավոր կտրուկ անորոշություններից։ Իրավիճակին դժկամությամբ միջամտեց Կենտրոնական բանկը և որոշակի ուշացումով ստիպված եղավ մոտ 100 միլիոն դոլարի ինտերվենցիա անել, որպեսզի կարողանա շուկան բերել հին վիճակին։

Կենտրոնական բանկը սովորաբար չի ցանկանում այդ գործիքներն օգտագործել, սակայն այս անգամ ստիպված էր, քանի որ տատանումը հասնում էր գրեթե 20 %-ի։ Մի քանի օր ստեղծված կայուն վիճակից հետո, այժմ արտարժույթը սկսել է բարձրանալ, սակայն չնչին, ընդ որում իրավիճակը պայմանականորեն կարելի է կայուն համարել։ Իհարկե աճը շեշտակի չէ և տևական ժամանակ հնարավոր կլինի պահել առկա փոխարժեքի վրա, սակայն նույնիսկ վիճակագրական տվյալներն են ցույց տալիս, որ հայաստանյան տնտեսությունը խորը ստագնացիայի մեջ է։ Տնտեսության ոլորտները, եթե նույնիսկ չեն նվազում, ապա լուրջ չեն էլ աճում, հիմնականում աճ ցույց են տվել այն ոլորտները, որոնք կապված են ծառայությունների հետ։ Տաքացած շուկայի տենդենցներից ելնելով՝ նաև շինարարությունն է աճում՝ պայմանավորված, թե՛ Հայաստանում ռելոկանտների առկայությամբ և թե՛ 100 հազարից ավելի արցախցիների ժամանումով։

Ընդհանուր առմամաբ հայաստանյան շուկան լրիվ կանգնած է, տնտեսությունը վատ սպասումների մեջ է՝ կապված, և ՛ ներքին քաղաքական, և՛ արտաքին քաղաքական անորոշություններով։ Մասնավորապես նույն վտանգն առայժմ մնում է Սյունիքի գլխին կախված, և մարդիկ հասկանում են, որ ներդրումները կարող են վտանգվել, մյուս կողմից Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում առկա խնդիրները, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարչախումբն առաջացրել է իր ապիկար գործողություններով, մատնանշում է, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ կարող է բավական վատ աշխատանքային և բիզնես ռեժիմ սահմանվել, իսկ Հայաստանի տնտեսության մի զգալի հատվածը ուղղված է հենց Ռուսաստանի վրա, ներդրումների մեծ մասն էլ պարզապես ռուսական են։

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ նաև վերջին շրջանում Հայաստան տեղափոխված ռելոկանտների մի մասն էլ սկսել է Հայաստանից հեռանալ դեպի ավելի ապահով երկրներ, բնականաբար դրա հետևանքով նաև փողն է պակասում, որը ռելոկանտներն իրենց հետ Հայաստան էին բերում։ Քանի որ ՌԴ հետ բարենպաստ ռեժիմը խախտվում է, ակնկալվում է, որ դա կազդի նաև տրանսֆերտների վրա, շատերն էլ ստիպված կլինեն լքել Ռուսաստանը և վերադառնալ՝ այդպես էլ գումար չուղարկելով։ Սպասումները բացասական են, մարդիկ զգուշավոր են ծախսում իրենց խնայողությունները և, ըստ մասնագետների, ֆինանսական շուկան միանգամից կտրուկ կարող է ռեակցիաներ տալ։
