Ֆրանսիան ունի բազմաթիվ մշակութային համագործակցային ծրագրեր տարբեր երկրների հետ, սակայն այն համագործակցությունը, որը Ֆրանսիան ունի մշակութային ոլորտում, եւ այն համագործակցությունները, որն առհասարակ Հայաստանն ունի Ֆրանսիայի հետ, որույն տեղ են զբաղեցնում Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքականությունում, քանի որ այս առումով կա հոգի, էմոցիա, ուժ։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 26-ին, ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսին ասել է Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության մշակույթի նախարար Ռիմա Աբդուլ Մալակը։

«Այսօրվա իմ այս այցը տեղի է ունենում ԱԳ նախարարի այցից հետո, որը ժամանել է Հայաստան մի քանի շաբաթ առաջ եւ որը եւս մեկ անգամ հաստատել է Ֆրանսիայի սատարումը եւ օժանդակությունը Հայաստանին այս դժվարին պահին։ ԱԳ նախարարը հայտարարեց, որ Ֆրանսիան 7 միլիոն եվրո գումարի տեսքով աջակցություն կցուցաբերի Հայաստանին, որպեսզի այդ գումարով Հայաստանը կարողանա հոգալ այն բոլոր կարիքները,որոնք կապված են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տարհանված ազգաբնակչության հետ, սակայն ես այստեղ եմ, որ եւս մեկ անգամ վերահաստաատեմ, որ Ֆրանսիան նաեւ սատար է մշակութային ոլորտում։  Եվրամիությունը եւս շատ մեծ աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում, որովհետեւ ուղարկել է շատ մեծ քանակությամբ դիտորդների, որոնք այսօր գործառույթ են ստանձնում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին։ Այսօր իմ պատվիրակության ներքո ես ունեմ ներկայացուցիչ, որը սրահում է այս տիպի հարցերով։ Ես Փարիզում առիթ եմ ունեցել վերջերս ընդունել տիկին նախարարին, որը երիտասարդ ու դինամիկ է, շատ ընդգրկված է իր ոլորտում»,- նշել է մշակույթի նախարարը։

Ֆրանսիայի մշակույթի նախարարն ասել է, որ ապագայում Գառնու տաճարը ընդգրկվելու է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի ցանկում․ «Նախանշված է համագործակցություն կայացնել Նիմ քաղաքում  Մեզոն Կարրե հուշարձանի եւ Հայաստանի Գառնու տաճարի միջեւ, որովհետեւ Նիմ քաղաքի մեծ անուն ունեցող Մեզոն Կարրե հուշահամալիրը ընդգրկվել է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի ցանկում եւ դա շատ լավ սկիզբ է, որպեսզի այդ համատեղ համագործակցության ներքո Գառնու տաճարը եւս ապագայում մենք կարողանանք ընդգրկվել ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի ցանկում։ Կինոյի կենտրոնների միջեւ հայկական եւ ֆրանսիական եւս մի համագործակցություն է նախանշվում, որը կապահովի փոխհարստացում եւ փորձի փոխանակում տարբեր մասնագետների եւ փորձագետների միջեւ»։
