«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Հայաստանում կրթական ոլորտը վերջերս հաճախ է հայտնվում սկանդալների մեջ։ Սկզբում ԿԳՄՍՆ-ի կողմից նոր գրքերի տպագրության գործընթացի անհաջող ընթացքն էր, իսկ այժմ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանի երեխաների՝ Գերմանիայում սովորելն է քննարկման կիզակետում։ 2018 թվականին, երբ ՔՊ-ականները նոր էին եկել իշխանության, հայտարարում էին, որ ամոթալի է, երբ նախարարի երեխաները, սեփական երկրում սովորելու փոխարեն, ուսանում են այլ երկրներում։

Հիշեցնենք, որ հենց այդ ժամանակահատվածում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դուստրը եւ որդին՝ Մարիամ եւ Աշոտ Փաշինյանները, սովորում էին Էստոնիայում գտնվող Տարտուի համալսարանում։ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը բոլոր հնարավոր բեմահարթակներից հնչեցնում էր, որ նախկինների երեխաները սովորում են արտասահմանյան բուհերում։ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանի երեխաներն էլ ցանկություն են հայտնել սովորել Գերմանիայում։ Իշխանության համար դա նրանց երեխաների իրավունքն է։ Իշխանականները քարկոծում էին նախկիններին, սակայն այս աղմուկին մոռանում են ավելացնել նաեւ, որ ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանի դուստրը՝ Արփի Հովհաննիսյանը եւս սովորում է արտասահմանում, ավելի կոնկրետ՝ Պրահայի ճարտարապետության ինստիտուտում։

Ըստ նախարար Հովհաննիսյանի հայտարարագրի՝ նրա՝ ուսման կամ այլ դասընթացների համար վճարվող վարձավճարը կազմել է 7 հազար 424 եվրո, որը համարժեք է 3 մլն 157 հազար դրամի։ Սեփական բծերը չտեսնող իշխանությունները քարկոծում էին նախկինների երեխաներին, բայց այսօր փաստացի հեղափոխական իշխանության պարագլուխ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դուստրը՝ Շուշան Փաշինյանը եւս սովորում է արտասահմանում։
