Armlur.am-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի որդու՝ Լեւոն Քոչարյանի գործով փաստաբան էրիկ Ալեքսանյանը հայտնեց, որ երեկ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե են տարել Լեւոն Քոչարյանին։

Այնտեղ նա առերեսվել է իր գործով անցնող երկու ոստիկանների հետ։ Ըստ փաատաբանի՝ առերեսումից հետո առավել ակնհայտ դարձավ մեկ բան, որ Լեւոն Քոչարյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործն ապօրինի է։

Փաստաբանը նշեց, որ մնացած մանրամասներն այսօրվա ասուլիսին կհայտնեն, որտեղ կանդրադառնան Լևոն Քոչարյանի քրեական գործի մի շարք հանգամանքներին։ Կներկայացնի տեղի ունեցած ակնհայտ խախտումների, ապօրինի կալանքի ու քրեական գործի ընթացքի վերաբերյալ մանրամասներ։

Հիշեցնենք,որ ասուլիսը տեղի է ունենալու այսօր՝ ժամը 11։00-ին, Կոնգրես հյուրանոցի սրահում:

Հավելենք, որ Հանրապետության հրապարակում տեղի ունեցած բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ Լևոն Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ բռնություն կիրառելով բերման էին ենթարկել, ապա նրան տեղափոխել էին հիվանդանոց, որտեղից էլ՝ ձերբակալել: Փաստաբան Ալեքսանդր Կոչուբաևի հաղորդմամբ` ոստիկանները հաղորդում են ներկայացրել, որ Լ. Քոչարյանը 4 կարմիր բերետավորի է ծեծել:

Լևոն Քոչարյանը սեպտեմբերի 25-ին 1 ամսով կալանավորվել է, եւ նրա պաշտպաները դիմել էին ՀՀ վերաքննիչ դատարան եւ գործը մակագրվել է իշխանությունների սրտով որոշում կայացրած դատավոր Մհեր Արղամանյանին:
