IDream՝ հատուկ Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված մեր երիտասարդների համար

IDBank-ն արդեն մի քանի տարի է, ինչ իրականացնում է IDream կրթական ծրագիրը ուսանողների համար։ Ծրագրի նպատակն է ուսանողներին տալ տեսական և պրակտիկ գիտելիքներ, իսկ ծրագրի լավագույն մասնակիցները հնարավորություն են ստանում անցնել աշխատանքի IDBank-ում։

Հոկտեմբերի 2-ին կմեկնարկի IDream 8 ծրագիրը, սակայն IDBank-ը զուգահեռ հայտարարում է IDream 9 ծրագրի մեկնարկի մասին․ այն նախատեսված կլինի հատուկ Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված երիտասարդների համար, որոնք ցանկություն կունենան ավելի լավ ծանոթանալու ֆինանսաբանկային ոլորտին։ 

Բանկի Մարդկային կապիտալի կառավարման տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Սոնա Մանուչարյանի խոսքով՝ առաջին հերթին Բանկի նպատակն է այս երիտասարդների համար ստեղծել կրթվելու, զարգանալու պայմաններ․ «Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցներն այսօր ունեն ոչ միայն կացարանի, այլ նաև աշխատանքի խնդիր։ Մի կողմից՝ ուզում եմ տեղեկացնել, որ ունենք 50-ից  ավել թափուր հաստիք․ խնդրում և հորդորում եմ արցախցի մեր հայրենակիցներին անպայման դիմել, ուղարկել ինքնակենսագրականները․ աշխատանքային նկարագրին համապատասխանելու դեպքում IDBank-ը նրանց առաջնահերթություն կտա։ Մյուս կողմից՝ ուրախ եմ հայտարարել հատուկ արցախցի երիտասարդների համար մեր IDream ծրագրի մասին։ Ծրագրի ընթացքում 2-3 ամիս նրանց համար տեսական և գործնական դասընթացներ կանցկացնեն Բանկի ղեկավար կազմը, լավագույն մասնագետները։ Երիտասարդները հստակ պատկերացում կկազմեն ֆինանսաբանկային ոլորտի, դրա առանձնահատկությունների մասին և, իհարկե, մի քանի անգամ ավելի մեծ հնարավորություն կունենան դառնալ IDBank-ի աշխատակից։ Ծրագրի մասնակցության ժամանակ ուսանողները նաև կվճարվեն, որը ծրագրի անբաժանելի մասն է։ Բանկային փորձ ունենալու դեպքում ուսուցումը կարող է լինել ավելի արագացված», - ասում է Սոնա Մանուչարյանն ու ուղղորդում ինքնակենսագրականներն ուղարկել [email protected] էլեկտրոնային հասցեով։
