2023թ․ առաջին կիսամյակում ընտանեկան բռնության վերաբերյալ դեպքերով 146 անձի վերաբերյալ 140 քրեական վարույթ է ուղարկվել դատարան

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում վերլուծվել և ամփոփվել է 2023թ․ առաջին կիսամյակի ընթացքում ընտանեկան բռնության վերաբերյալ հանցագործությունների քննության ընդհանուր շարժընթացը, հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից։

Ըստ այդմ՝ 2023թ. 1-ին կիսամյակի ընթացքում Կոմիտեի վարույթում քննվել է ընտանեկան բռնության վերաբերյալ 1051 քրեական վարույթ: Դրանցից 140-ն ավարտվել է մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ և 144 անձի վերաբերյալ ուղարկվել է դատարան, 2-ն ավարտվել է եզրափակիչ ակտով և ուղարկվել դատարան։ 222 քրեական վարույթ կարճվել է, որից 172-ը` ռեաբիլիտացնող, իսկ 50-ը` ոչ ռեաբիլիտացնող հիմքով, 83-ով ավարտվել են վարութային և ապացուցողական գործողությունները։ 7 քրեական վարույթ ուղարկվել է ըստ ենթակայության, 76-ը միացվել է, 521 քրեական վարույթ փոխանցվել է 2023թ. 2-րդ կիսամյակ:

Դատարան ուղարկված վարույթներից 2-ը քննվել են սպանության, 3-ը՝ սպանության փորձի, 3-ը՝ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու, 2-ը՝ առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելու, 1-ը՝ ազատությունից ապօրինի զրկելու, 2-ը՝ սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողությունների, 11-ը՝ առողջությանը թեթև վնաս պատճառելու, 116-ը՝ այլ հանցագործությունների դեպքերի առթիվ:

Դատարան ուղարկված վարույթներով 144 մեղադրյալից 110-ը հանդիսացել են կին/ամուսին, 20-ը՝ ծնող/տատ ու պապ, 5-ը՝ քույր/եղբայր, 9-ը՝ զավակ/թոռ:

Դատարան ուղարկված վարույթներով 152 տուժողից 14-ը եղել են մինչև 12, 4-ը՝ 12-ից 14, 4-ը՝ 14-ից 18, 130-ը՝ 18-ից բարձր տարեկան:

Կարճված վարույթներից 2-ը քննվել են սպանության, 6-ը՝ առողջությանը թեթև վնաս պատճառելու, 1-ը՝ ծնողի կամ այլ մերձավոր ազգականի և երեխայի միջև տեսակցության իրականացումը խոչընդոտելու, 3-ը՝ ալիմենտ (ապրուստավճար) վճարելուց խուսափելու, իսկ 207-ը՝ այլ հանցագործությունների դեպքերի առթիվ:

Կարճված վարույթներով 59 անձի նկատմամբ ոչ ռեաբիլիտացիոն հիմքերով քրեական հետապնդում չի իրականացվել կամ դադարեցվել է քրեական հետապնդումը: 59 անձից 52-ը հանդիսացել են կին/ամուսին, 4-ը՝ ծնող/տատ ու պապ, 1-ը՝ քույր/եղբայր, 2-ը՝ զավակ/թոռ:

Կարճված վարույթներով 221 տուժողից 4-ը եղել են մինչև 12, 6-ը՝ 12-ից 14, 6-ը՝ 14-ից 18, 205-ը՝ 18-ից բարձր տարեկան:
