Անհետ կորածների ընտանիքների անքակտելի իրավունքն է իմանալ իրենց հարազատի ճակատագրի մասին: Հայաստանում անհե կորածների միջազգային օրը նշել են «Լուռ ներկայություն» ցուցահանդեսի բացմամբ: Ցուցադրվել են Արեգ Բալայանի լուսանկարները։ Ցուցահանդեսն անցկացվում է Արմավիրում։ Ցուցահանդեսը կազմակերպվել է ԿԽՄԿ երեւանյան պատվիրակության եւ Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ջանքերով։

«Այս օրը նշվում է ամբողջ աշխարհում։ Դա ցավի եւ տառապանքի հիշեցում է: Այն մասին, որ տառապանքները շարունակվում են նույնիսկ այն ժամանակ, երբ զենքերը լռում են»,-ցուցահանդեսի բացմանն ասել է ԿԽՄԿ երեւանյան պատվիրակության ղեկավար Թիերի Ռիբոն։ Նա ընդգծել է ընտանիքների իրավունքը՝ իմանալու հարազատի ճակատագրի մասին, եւ իշխանությունների պարտականությունն է օգնել ընտանիքներին։

«Ամենավատը հարցը քաղաքականացնելու փորձերն են»,-նշեց Ռիբոն։

Ելույթ ունեցած անհետ կորածների հարազատները եւս մեկ անգամ կոչ արեցին պատկան մարմիններին օգնել մտերիմներին գտնելու հարցում․ «Մեր տառապանքներն անվերջ են։ Օրերն ու գիշերները միաձուլվում են մեկ շարունակական սպասման մղձավանջի մեջ»։

Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ԿԽՄԿ երեւանյան պատվիրակության հաղորդակցման ծրագրերի ղեկավար Զառա Ամատունին ընդգծեց, որ կոմիտեն ուշադրության կենտրոնում է պահում ընտանիքների խնդիրները։ Խոսքը բազմամյա աշխատանքի մասին է, քանի որ անհետ կորածներ կան թե՛ 1990-ականներից, թե՛ 2020-ին հակամարտության սրման արդյունքում։

Նրա խոսքով՝ անցած տարի պատվիրակությունը գնահատել է 2020 թվականին հիմնականում անհետ կորածների ընտանիքների կարիքները:

Ծրագրի սկիզբը դրվել է Արմավիրում, եւ հենց արմավիրցի անհետ կորածների ընտանիքներն են հանդես եկել անհետ կորածների օրը հանրային միջոցառում կազմակերպելու, իրենց ակնկալիքները հանրությանը ներկայացնելու նախաձեռնությամբ:

ԿԽՄԿ-ի վերջին տվյալների համաձայն, որոնք հավաքագրվել են ընտանիքների դիմումների հիման վրա, խոսքը 2020-22թթ. Հայաստանից 298 անհետ կորածների մասին է: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 1990-ականներից ի վեր անհետ կորածների ցանկում ներառված է շուրջ 700 ազգանուն:

«ԿԽՄԿ-ն սերտորեն աշխատում է գերիների եւ անհետ կորածների հարցերով նորաստեղծ հանձնաժողովի հետ։ Մենք աշխատում ենք նաեւ ապագայում բռնի անհետացումները կանխելու համար։ Աշխատում ենք նաեւ ՊՆ-ի եւ այլ մարմինների հետ՝ փորձելով բացահայտել բացերը եւ առաջարկելով մեր ծառայությունները դրանք վերացնելու համար»,-պարզաբանեց Զառա Ամատունին։

Ցուցահանդեսում ներկայացված է 19 լուսանկար 18 ընտանիքի մասին: Մարզում 2020թ. պատերազմի հետեւանքով շուրջ 50 անհետ կորած է համարվում։
