Ընթացիկ տարվա հունվար-մայիսին Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան արտահանումը, անցած տարվա նույն ժամանակամիջոցի համեմատ, ռեկորդային աճ է գրանցել։ Այս մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ի հարցազրույցում ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ԱՊՀ երկրների չորրորդ վարչության տնօրեն Դենիս Գոնչարը։

Նա ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանը մնում է Ռուսաստանի մերձավոր դաշնակիցներից եւ կարեւոր գործընկերներից մեկը  Հարավային Կովկասում։ Իսկ Մոսկվայի եւ Երեւանի փոխգործակցության լոկոմոտիվը ղեկավարների վստահալից երկխոսությունն է, ինչպես նաեւ կառավարությունների, նախարարությունների եւ գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների ինտենսիվ շփումները, կապերը խորհրդարանների միջեւ։

«Եվ չնայած գլոբալ տուրբուլենտությանը, երկրների առեւտրատնտեսական ոլորտում գրանցվել է բավական դրական պատկեր՝ կոոպերացումը վստահաբար զարգանում է ինչպես երկկողմ ձեւաչափով, այնպես էլ ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակում»,- ընդգծել է դիվանագետը։

Անցած տարի փոխադարձ ապրանքաշրջանառությունը ռեկորդներ է սահմանել՝ հասնելով 5 մլրդ դոլար նշաձողին՝ ավելացրել է նա՝ ընդգծելով, որ դրական դինամիկա է նկատվել նաեւ այս տարի։ Հունվար-մայիսին առեւտուրն ավելացել է 86 տոկոսով 2022թ. նույն ժամանակամիջոցի համեմատ՝ կազմելով 2,3 մլրդ դոլար։ Ընդ որում, ռեկորդային՝ 3,3 անգամ ավելացել է Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան արտահանումը, ինչը թույլ է տալիս խոսել ռուսական շուկայի առաջնահերթության մասին հայ արտադրողների համար։

Գոնչարն ավելացրել է, որ սպասվում է ապրանքաշրջանառության աճի շարունակում, քանի որ հունիսի կեսին ընդլայնվել է «Վերին Լարս» անցակետի թողունակությունը։ Բացի այդ, հուլիսի վերջին գործարկվել են կանոնավոր ծովային բեռնարկղային փոխադրումներ Բաթումի եւ Նովոռոսիյսկի միջեւ՝ մոտ 12 հազար տոննա տարողությամբ լաստանավերով։ Դիվանագետը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունում բոլոր օտարերկրյա կապիտալ ներդրումների մոտ կեսը  ռուսական է, իսկ խոշոր հարկատուներն առաջին կիսամյակում դարձել են տնտեսական օպերատորները ռուսական մասնակցությամբ՝ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը եւ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան»։

«Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ-ին մասնակցության գլխավոր շահառուներից է։ 2022թ. հայկական արտահանման ծավալը միության երկրներ ավելացել է 1,6 մլրդ դոլարով՝ մոտ 3 անգամ 2021թ. համեմատ, ընդ որում, արտահանման աճի ցուցանիշը ԵԱՏՄ անդամների հետ փոխադարձ առեւտրում ավելի բարձր է Հայաստանից երրորդ երկրներ արտադրանքի մատակարարումների ավելացման տեմպից»,- ասել է չորրորդ վարչության տնօրենը։
