ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանի փաստաբան Տիգրան Աթանեսյանի` քննիչին ուղղված միջնորդությունը կրկին մերժվել է։ Իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում այդ մասին գրել է Տիգրան Աթանեսյանը։
Նշենք, որ դեռևս 2022 թ. դեկտեմբերից փաստաբան Աթանեսյանը քննիչից պահանջել է իրականացնել Արմեն Աշոտյանի առերեսումներ իր դեմ վկայություն տված անձանց հետ: Քննիչը մերժել է այդ միջնորդությունը` պատճառաբանելով, որ դա իր որոշելիքն է, թե երբ իրականացնի առերեսումները:

«Այսօր ստացել եմ քննիչի գրությունը, որ իմ միջնորդությունը թողնվում է առանց քննության, քանի որ անցյալ տարի դեկտեմբերին այդ հարցի շուրջ կայացվել է մերժման որոշում: Եվ ոչ մի խոսք այն մասին, որ միջնորդության մեջ նշվել է նոր հանգամանք՝ առերեսում այն մարդկանց հետ, որոնց վրա Արմեն Աշոտյանն իբրներազդել է, այն էլ՝ ապօրինաբար, և այդ պատճառով է կալանավորվել»,– նշել է Աթանեսյանը:

Ըստ փաստաբանի` քննիչի գրությունից հետևում է մի բան՝ քրեական վարույթում չկա որևէ ցուցմունք Արմեն Աշոտյանի դեմ, և, առհասարակ, որևէ մեղադրող ապացույց չկա:
Աթանեսյանը գրել է, որ այս ամենը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ Արմեն Աշոտյանը քաղաքական բանտարկյալ է և հետապնդվում է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ուղիղ ցուցումով:
