Հումանիտար օգնությունը կանգնեցնելն առավել սրում է վատթարացող հումանիտար իրավիճակը և խաթարում է խաղաղության գործընթացում վստահության ձևավորման ջանքերը։ «Փաստինֆո»-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել են ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ-ի դեսպանությունից՝ կարեւորելով Լաչինի միջանցքով ազատ փոխադրումների վերականգնումը։

«Փաստինֆո»-ն գրավոր հարցում էր ուղարկել ԱՄՆ դեսպանին՝ խնդրելով մեկնաբանություն, որ չնայած միջազգային արդարադատության դատարանի որոշումներին ու միջազգային հանրության կոչերին՝ Ադրբեջանը շարունակոմ է Արցախի տոտալ շրջափակումը՝ 120.000 հայի դատապարտելով սովամահության։ Որքանով է սա նպաստում տարածաշրջանում վստահության, խաղաղության ու կայունության հաստատմանը։

«Միացյալ Նահանգները խորապես մտահոգված է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի շարունակվող շրջափակմամբ։ Հումանիտար օգնությունը կանգնեցնելն առավել սրում է վատթարացող հումանիտար իրավիճակը և խաթարում է խաղաղության գործընթացում վստահության ձևավորման ջանքերը։ Բաց և ազատ փոխադրումները Լաչինի միջանցքով պետք է անհապաղ վերականգնվեն»,- ի պատասխան հայտնել են ԱՄՆ դեսպանությունից։

Մեկ այլ հարցով կայքից խնդրել էին գնահատական՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը ուժի գործադրմամբ լուծելու Ադրբեջանի գործողությունների վերաբերյալ։ Թեեւ արեւմտյան հարթակներից պարբերաբար հնչում են հայտարարություններ՝ ուժի գործադրման անթույլատրելիության մասին, այդուհանդերձ, Ադրբեջանը հենց ուժի կիրառմամբ է փորձում լուծել հակամարտությունը՝ նախ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերին սկսելով պատերազմ Արցախի դեմ, ապա՝ վերցնելով պաշարման մեջ։ ԱՄՆ-ն, որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկիր, ինչպես է վերաբերվում այդ փաստին,քանզի Ադրբեջանն այդ քայլերով արժեզրկեց նաեւ Մինսկի խմբի աշխատանքը,- հետաքրքրվել էինք ԱՄՆ դեսպանատնից։

«Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ուղիղ երկխոսությունն էական է երկար տարիների պատմություն ունեցող այս հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում։

Հակամարտությունը չի կարող ռազմական լուծում ունենալ, իսկ վեճերի լուծումն ուժի կիրառման միջոցով անընդունելի է։ Միացյալ Նահանգները շարունակում է հանձնառու մնալ Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում խաղաղ, բարեկեցիկ ապագայի կերտմանը՝ առաջ մղելով խաղաղությունը ցանկացած և բոլոր միջոցներով ՝ լինի դա երկկողմ ձևաչափում, ԵՄ-ի հետ փոխգործակցության շրջանակում, թե ԵԱՀԿ-ի կամ այլ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների միջոցով»,- ի պատասխան հայտնել են դեսպանատնից։
