«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Հուլիսի 3-ին Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը, ըստ իրավաբանական հանրության գերակշիռ մեծամասնության՝ Սահմանադրության և օրենքների կոպիտ ոտնահարմամբ, դադարեցրեց Վճռաբեկ դատարանի դատավորներ Արտակ Բարսեղյանի և Տիգրան Պետրոսյանի լիազորությունները, ինչի արդյունքում Վճռաբեկ դատարանի քաղաքացիական պալատում առաջացավ դատավորի երկու թափուր հաստիք: Երեկ լրացավ այդ հաստիքները համալրելու համար փաստաթղթերը Դատական դեպարտամենտ ներկայացնելու վերջնաժամկետը, և, մեր տեղեկություններով, այդ թափուր հաստիքները զբաղեցնելու համար, ի թիվս այլոց, փաստաթղթեր են ներկայացրել նաև ԲԴԽ անդամներ Վիգեն Քոչարյանը և Նաիրա Հովսեփյանը:

ԲԴԽ այս երկու անդամները կողմ են քվեարկել ոչ միայն դատավորների լիազորությունների դադարեցման՝ հուլիսի 3-ի, այլև Կարեն Անդրեասյանի՝ որպես ԲԴԽ նախագահ, պաշտոնավարման ժամանակահատվածում ԲԴԽ բոլոր որոշումներին, այսինքն՝ հլու-հնազանդ կատարել են Անդրեասյանի բոլոր ցուցումները: Եվ ահա, ինչպես խոսում են դատական համակարգում, Անդրեասյանը որոշել է պարգևատրել նրանց՝ նշանակելով Վճռաբեկ դատարանի դատավորի պաշտոնում:

Փաստորեն, ստացվում է, որ քվեարկելով Արտակ Բարսեղյանի և Տիգրան Պետրոսյանի լիազորությունների դադարեցման օգտին՝ Վիգեն Քոչարյանը և Նաիրա Հովսեփյանը Վճռաբեկ դատարանում ստեղծում էին այն թափուր պաշտոնները, որոնք հենց իրենք էին հավակնում զբաղեցնել: Մեզ հետ զրույցում մի քանի իրավաբաններ նշում էին, որ այս հանգամանքը պետք է որ գրավի Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովի ուշադրությունը:
