Անկարայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Խազար Իբրահիմն օրերս հայտարարել է, որ Թուրքիան Ադրբեջանին 200 միլիոն թուրքական լիրայի (30 միլիոն դոլար) վարկ է տրամադրել 2020 թվականի փետրվարի 25-ին ստորագրված ռազմաֆինանսական համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագրի շրջանակում թուրքական ռազմական արտադրանքի ձեռքբերման համար։ Նշենք, որ Թուրքիան Ադրբեջանի հիմնական գործընկերներից մեկն է ռազմական ոլորտում, եւ պաշտոնական Բաքուն ակտիվորեն գնում է թուրքական պաշտպանական արտադրանքի որոշ տեսակներ։

Բայց, չնայած այդ ոլորտում վերջին տասնամյակներում նկատելի առաջընթացին, Թուրքիան չունի սեփական ավիացիա ու տանկեր, եւ նրա զինանոցում F-16 ամերիկյան կործանիչներ, գերմանական ու ամերիկյան “Leopard”, “М60”, “М48” տանկեր են, որոնք մշակվել են տասնամյակներ առաջ ու արդեն հնացած են։

Սեփական մշակման Ալթայ տանկի նախագիծը դեռ դոփում է տեղում՝ շարժիչի մշակման հարցում բարդությունների պատճառով։ Որոշ հաջողություններ կան միայն տիեզերական արբանյակների մշակման, T129 “Аtak” հարվածային ուղղաթիռի, տարբեր հրթիռային համակարգերի, “Firtina” 155 մմ տրամաչափի ինքնագնաց հրետանային համակարգի, անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի ռադիոէլեկտրոնային “Koral” համակարգերի, ինչպես նաեւ ավելի պակաս նշանակալի համակարգերի մշակման գործում (հակաականանետային ռադիոտեղորոշման համակարգ, կառավարվող մարտագլխիկներ, հրաձգային զենք եւ այլ փոքր արտադրանքներ)։ Թուրքիայի ռազմարդյունաբերության համալիրում տեխնոլոգիական տոն են տալիս տասնյակ փոքր ընկերություններ, ինչպես նաեւ մի քանի խոշորներ, ինչպիսիք են Aselsan, Roketsan, որոնց արտադրանքն արտահանվում է։

Այդուհանդերձ, աշխարհքաղաքական իրադարձությունները եւ Թուրքիայի բարդ հարաբերություններն իր հարեւանների ու ԱՄՆ հետ, նախագահ Էրդողանի նորօսմանական հավակնությունների եւ Քրդստանի աշխատավորական կուսակցության հետ ներքին խնդիրների հետ միասին ստիպում են զարգացած ռազմարդյունաբերությամբ երկրներին չհամագործակցել Թուրքիայի հետ ռազմատեխնիկական ոլորտում։ Այդ պատճառով, ժամանակակից պահանջներին համապատասխան սպառազինություն ապահովելու համար Թուրքիայի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը ելքեր է փնտրում դեպի այլ պետություններ ոչ միայն պաշտպանական ոլորտում համատեղ գործակցության, այլ նաեւ սեփական արտադրանքի իրացման համար, ինչպես տեսնում ենք «եղբայրական» Ադրբեջանին սպառազինության մատակարարման վարկի օրինակով, որը խիստ տարօրինակ է թվում այն առումով, որ Բաքուն միշտ հայտարարել է իր հզոր ֆինանսական հնարավորությունների ու կանխիկ վճարելու սովորության մասին։

Հաշվի առնելով դա եւ Ադրբեջանի իշխող էլիտայի ներկայացուցիչների օֆշորային սկանդալների՝ ջրի երես դուրս եկող փաստերը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ այդ գործարքը պարզապես փողերի լվացման սցենար է, եւ Բաքվի «ստվերայինները» դեմ չեն հերթական անգամ ձեռքերը տաքացնել ատկատների վրա, առավել եւս, որ 30 միլիոն դոլարով որեւէ լուրջ սպառազինություն չես գնի։
