երջին մի քանի օրերին Էրդողանը մի շարք հայտարարություններ է արել, որոնք միջազգային մամուլում գնահատվել են որպես Ռուսաստանի նվաստացում։ Դրանք վերաբերել են ինչպես ՆԱՏՕ-ին Ուկրաինայի անդամակցությանը, այնպես էլ հացահատիկի գործարքին։ Էրդողանը հայտարարեց, որ Պուտինը պետք է օգոստոսին ժամանի Թուրքիա և երկարաձգի հացահատիկի գործարքը։ Բացի այդ, Էրդողանը Ուկրաինային վերադարձրեց «Ազովի» գումարտակի հրամանատարներին։ Էրդողանը նաեւ հայտարարեց, որ 2025 թվականին Ռուսաստանը կլքի Արցախը՝ «համաձայն պայմանավորվածության»։

Կրեմլը հերքել է ազովցիների վերադարձի, Պուտինի՝ Թուրքիա մեկնելու և հացահատիկի գործարքի վերաբերյալ պայմանավորվածությունները։ Սակայն Կրեմլը երկար ժամանակ չէր մեկնաբանում 2025 թվականին Արցախը լքելու մասին Էրդողանի հայտարարությունը։

Մոսկվան նախկինում հայտարարել է, որ «Ռուսաստանը հավերժ Կովկասում է», որ «Ռուսաստանը երբեք չի լքի Արցախը» և այլն։ Եվ ահա, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում նշվում է Արցախում «ռուսական զորակազմի դրության փոփոխության» մասին։ «2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերին և 2023 թվականի մայիսին Եվրամիության հովանու ներքո անցկացվող վեհաժողովներում Հայաստանը ճանաչեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը որպես Ադրբեջանի տարածքի մաս։ Մենք հարգում ենք Հայաստանի ղեկավարության ինքնիշխան որոշումը, սակայն դա արմատապես փոխեց այն հիմնարար պայմանները, որոնց ներքո ստորագրվել է Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությունը, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանում տեղակայված ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի դրությունը», ասված է հաղորդագրությունում։

Մոսկվան արել է իր սեւ գործը և կարող է հեռանալ, ընդ որում՝ 2025-ից ավելի շուտ։ Սրա համար Էրդողանը մեծահոգաբար թույլ կտա Պուտինին համբուրել իր ձեռքը։
