Արցախում վիճակն օրհասական է, իսկ յուրաքանչյուր վաղվա օրը լինելու է էլ ավելի ծանր ու դժվար, Ստեփանակերտում մեկնարկած համաժողովրդական շարժման ժամանակ հայտարարեց Արցախի պետական նախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանն ու աշխարհն ուզում են Արցախը դարձնել զոհասեղան, որի վրա դրված է  իրենց երեխաների ու իրենց  հայրենակիցների կյանքը։ Արցախի  պաշտոնյան պնդեց, որ դա իրենք թույլ  չեն տալու։

«Ժողովրդին կանգնեցրել են ֆիզիկական գոյությանը սպառնացող վտանգի առջև։ Գրեթե մեկ ամիս է՝ Արցախն ապրում է սեփական ներքին ռեսուրսների հաշվին, փորձել ենք այնպես անել, որ շրջափակումը նվազագույն ազդեցություն ունենա արցախցու վրա՝  հույս ունենալով, որ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում միջազգային հանրությունը, ՌԴ-ն և ՀՀ-ն  վճռական քայլեր կձեռնարկեն այս մահաբեր աղետի ընթացքը կանգնեցնելու համար, բայց պարզվեց, որ բոլորը դիտորդի կարգավիճակով կողքից հետևում են այդ ամենին։

Այսօր կան արդեն բազմաթիվ առողջապահական խնդիրներ, բազմաթիվ համայնքներ հաջորդաբար զրկվում են խմելու ջուր ունենալու հնարավորությունից, մայրաքաղաքից հեռու գյուղական համայնքների բնակիչները դարձել են գերիներ ու շատերի հետ միակ կապը հեռախոսազանգն է»,- ասաց նա։

Պետնախարարի խոսքով՝ Շուշիի շրջանի գյուղերի բնակիչները դարձել են պատանդ՝ ծայրահեղ բոլոր դրսևորումներով։

Մանկապարտեզներում երեխանեը գրեթե չեն սնվում, իսկ հիվանդանոցներում հիվանդներին տրվում է չնչին քանակի սնունդ։ Օրեր անց, նրա խոսքով, չեն աշխատելու շտապօգնության մեքենաները։

«Հիմա հարց եմ ուզում ուղղել միջազգային հանրությանը, Հայաստանին ու Ռուսաստանին՝ ձեզ ի՞նչ է անհրաժեշտ, ինչի՞ն եք սպասում, ուզում եք այս հրապարակում ամեն օր մենք մարդկանց դիակնե՞ր ունենանք, որ արձագանքեք, ուզում եք օրեր առաջ մանկահասակ երկու երեխաների մահվան դեպքի կրկնությո՞ւն, որ խելքի գաք։ Ես ասում եմ՝ բավական է»,- հայտարարեց Ներսիսյանը։
