Armhanq-ը ներկայացնում է Հայաստանի հանքագործների և մետալուրգների միության հայտարարությունը ադրբեջանական ՀԿ ների՝ ՀՀ կառավարությանն ուղղված պահանջի վերաբերյալ։

«Վերջերս հայաստանյան մի քանի լրատվամիջոցների հրապարակումներից հայտնի դարձավ, որ ադրբեջանական մի շարք հասարակական կազմակերպություններ դիմել են ՀՀ կառավարությանը՝ պահանջելով փակել հայաստանյան հանքարդյունաբերական ծրագրերը։ Չենք պատրաստվում ադրբեջանական ակնհայտ քաղաքական սադրանքի բովանդակային դատարկությանը որեւէ կերպ անդրադառնալ։ Բավական է նշել, որ նամակի հեղինակները ոչ միայն աղերս չունեն մասնագիտական որեւէ գիտելիքի հետ, այլեւ չեն տիրապետում տարածաշրջանի աշխարհագրությանը, պարբերաբար մեջբերելով ինչ-որ տեղանուններ, որոնք Հայաստանում պարզապես չկան, օրինակ՝ Գաֆան, Գեյչա եւ այլն։ 

Հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսության հիմքերի խաթարման դեմ այս արշավը պատահականություն չի կարող լինել, հարկ ենք համարում ի լուր Հայաստանում եւ Հայաստանից դուրս բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի մի քանի հանգամանք շեշտել։

  • Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերական ոլորտն ունի հարյուրամյակների պատմություն։ Հայաստանը հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտի անվիճելի առաջատարն է Հարավային Կովկասում, իսկ վերջին տասնամյակում ոլորտի մոդեռնիզացիան, ժամանակակից հանքարդյունաբերական չափանիշների ներմուծումը առավել քան ակնհայտ է։ Միայն ԱՃԹՆ շրջանակներում Հայաստանի ունեցած հաջողությունը բավարար է, համարելու համար, որ առնվազն կառավարչական մակարդակում ոլորտը Հայաստանում աննախադեպ առաջընթաց է ապրել։ Եվ ԱՃԹՆ-ից չափանիշներին անհամապատասխանության հետեւանքով դուրս մնացած երկրից չէ, որ մեզ պետք է կայուն զարգացման թեմայով դասեր տան։
  • Հայաստանի պետական մարմիններին կոչ ենք անում զգոն լինել երկրի ներսում, երկրից դուրս, իրավական հարթության վրա միջազգային օրենքների կամայական մեկնաբանության, Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտի զարգացման, ընդլայնման եւ հզորացման դեմ ադրբեջանական տարբեր սադրանքներին դիմակայելու առումով։
  • Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիական հասարակությանը կառուցողական գործակցության կոչ ենք անում՝ կայուն զարգացման ոլորտում իրական ձեռքբերումների հասնելու եւ տարածաշրջանի բնապահպանական իրական խնդիրները, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից ստեղծված, վեր հանելու նպատակով։
  • Հայաստանում մեկ շնչին ընկնող ՀՆԱ-ն վերջին տարվա ընթացքում գերազանցել է Ադրբեջանի ցուցանիշը, իսկ տնտեսական աճը ոչ միայն այսօր, այլեւ բոլոր կանխատեսումներով առաջիկայում զգալիորեն գերազանցելու է Ադրբեջանին։ Սա է այն պատճառն ու բացատրությունը, թե ինչու են Ադրբեջանում իրականում գոյություն չունեցող «հասարակական կազմակերպությունները» թիրախավորել Հայաստանի տնտեսության ամենակենսունակ ճյուղը։

Հետեւաբար, ի հեճուկս սրան, հայտնում ենք.

Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտը շարունակելու է զարգանալ՝ ապահովելով միջազգային լավագուն փորձի, ոլորտի լավագույն նորարարությունների ներմուծումը Հայաստան՝ հանուն անվտանգ, կանաչ և կայուն զարգացող տարածաշրջանի, որն անհնար է առանց պատասխանատու հանքարդյունաբերության»։
