Ծարավ Աղբյուր թաղամասի Ավան 4 և Ավան 6 համալիրների անմիջապես հարևանությամբ նախատեսվում է բազմաբնակարան նոր շենքի կառուցում, որը բնակիչների դժգոհության պատճառ է դարձել: Շինարարական աշխատանքները մեկնարկել են ապրիլի 19-ից: Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց թաղամասի բնակիչներից մեկը՝ ներկայացնելով բնակիչների մտահոգությունը:

«Մենք տարբեր օղակների դիմել ենք՝ հասկանալու համար, թե կա արդյոք շինարարության թույլտվություն և պարզել, որ այդ հատվածում աշխատանքներ կատարելու թույլտվություն չկա: Մինչդեռ աշխատանքներն իրականացվում էին, մասնավորապես՝ հողային աշխատանքների էին կատարում, որի արդյունքում վնասել են մեր շենքերի գազատար խողովակը: Բացի այդ, նորատունկ ծառեր կային, դրանց հողային մասն է փլուզվել, ինչպես նաև ավտոկայանատեղիի մի մասն է վնասված, քանի որ աշխատանքներ այդ մասում են իրականացնում: Անգամ ԱԻՆ զանգեցինք, եկան և ասացին, որ այդ մասում փլուզման վտանգ կա»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ կառուցապատող ընկերությունը դեռ չի ստացել թույլտվություն, բայց սկսել է աշխատանքները. «Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ այդ հատվածում նախատեսվում է բազմաբնակարանային շենք կառուցել, որը լուրջ խնդիրներ է առաջացնելու բնակիչների համար: Առանց այդ էլ տարածքը խիտ է բնակեցված, չկա կանաչ տարածք, ինչպես նաև դպրոց և մանկապարտեզ: Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ շինարարական աշխատանքները տեղի են ունենում քաղաքապետարանի վարչություններից մեկի պետի հովանավորությամբ»:

Մեր զրուցակցի հավաստմամբ՝ թաղամասն ունի մոտ 10.000 բնակիչ, սակայն չունեն դպրոց և մանկապարտեզ. «Եթե կա գոնե մի փոքր հնարավորություն, ապա մեր՝ բոլոր բնակիչներիս ցանկությունն է, որ այդտեղ հանրակրթական դպրոց կառուցվի: Մոտակայքում կա ռուսական մի դպրոց, որը վճարովի է՝ տարեկան 1,5 միլիոն դրամ՝ յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի համար, իսկ մակապարտեզի վարձը՝ ամսական 160 հազար դրամ է: Սա, բնականաբար, շատ լուրջ գումար է բնակիչների ճնշող մեծամասնության համար»:

Աշխատանքները մի քանի օր են տևել և դադարեցվել են բնակիչների դժգոհության պատճառով, բայց բնակիչները ենթադրում են, որ ավելու ուշ այդ աշխատանքները կվերսկսվեն, մինչդեռ իրենք դեմ են այդ շինարարությանը. «Այն տարածքը, որը կարող է դպրոց դառնալ, չգիտես ինչու, շենք է դառնում»,- նշեց այդ թաղամասի բնակիչը:
