Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան Մարզահամերգային համալիրում մարտի 31-ից մինչև ապրիլի 2-ն անցկացվում է մեծ ցուցահանդես-տոնավաճառ, որտեղ մեկ հարթակում հատուկ առաջարկներով և զեղչերով հանդես են գալիս կառուցապատող խոշոր ընկերությունները, անշարժ գույքի գործակալությունները, բանկերը, նախագծող և վերանորոգող ընկերությունները, դիզայնի մասնագիտացված ընկերությունները և ոչ միայն։ IDBank-ը ևս մասնակցում է Toon Expo 2023 ցուցահանդեսին, այս անգամ՝ «Քո նոր տուն տանող ճանապարհը» կարգախոսի ներքո։
