Այսօր իր 100-ամյա հոբելյանն է նշում նշանավոր պետական գործիչ, ԽՍՀՄ և ՌԴ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան, Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության առաջին փոխնախագահ Գեորգի Արտաշեսի Տեր-Ղազարյանցը: Հոբելյանի առթիվ նրան շնորհավորել է Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության նախագահ Արա Աբրահամյանը:

Շնորհավորական ուղերձում մասնավորապես ասված է.

«Գեորգի Տեր-Ղազարյանցը զարմանահրաշ անձնավորություն է, որի հետ մենք կապված ենք ոչ միայն մարդկային, այլև երկու տասնամյակից ավելի աշխատանքային հարաբերություններով: Գեորգի Արտաշեսովիչի գործունեությունն անքակտելիորեն կապված է Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության հետ: Նրա նկատմամբ մեծ հարգանք և առանձնահատուկ ջերմ զգացում եմ տածում, որովհետև նա ծնվել է իմ հոր հետ նույն տարում, նույն օրը, որին ես կորցրել եմ վաղ մանկութունում:

Երկրի և ժողովրդի համար ճակատագրական նշանակություն ունեցող իրադարձություններով հարուստ Ձեր կենսագրության ավելի քան երկու տասնամյակը շաղկապված է Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության հետ, որի առաջին փոխնախագահն եք մինչ այսօր: Մենք դա մշտապես ընկալում ենք Ձեր անգնահատելի կենսափորձից օգտվելու պատվավոր արտոնություն և հազվագյուտ հնարավորություն՝ հանուն մեր միասնականության ամրապնդման և Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության նպատակների իրականացման առաջընթացի:
