Աշխարհը կանգնած է նոր ինդուստրիալ դարաշրջանի առջև, որն արտացոլվելու է էկոլոգիապես մաքուր տեխնոլոգիաների, էներգետիկայի ժողովրդականացման և զանգավածային զարգացման դրսևորումներով։

Նման կանխատեսում արել է միջազգային էներգետիկ գործակալությունը։ Նախատեսվում է մինչև 2030 թվականը վերականգնվող էներգիայի ոլորտի ընդհանուր համաշխարհային շրջանառությունը հասցնել 650 միլիարդ դոլարի, ինչը գրեթե 3 անգամ գերազանցում է առկա մակարդակը։

Նման մակարդակի հասնելու համար վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների շուկայի զարգացման և բնապահպանական գեներացիայի նպատակով հարկավոր են նոր սարքավորումների արտադրության ավելացում, և բոլոր երկրները պետք է իրականացնեն իրենց ստանձնած պարտավորությունները, ինչը ներառում է ոչ միայն էներգետիկ նոր կայանների շինարարություն, այնպես էլ շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանում։

Դրա համար առաջին և կարևորագույն պայմանը քաղաքական կամքն է խոշոր ֆինանսական ներդրումները։ Միջազգային էներգետիկ գործակալության փորձագետների կանխատեսմամբ նման ջանքերի շնորհիվ էներգիայի արտադրության հետ կապված աշխատատեղերի թիվը կտրուկ կավելանա, ներկայիս 6 միլիոնից հասնելով մինչև 14 միլիոնի ամբողջ աշխարհում, իսկ 2030 թվականից հետո ակնկալվում է արդյունաբերական հզորությունների և զբաղվածության մակարդակի հետագա շատ ավելի կտրուկ աճ։

Գործակալությունը նաև պոտենցիալ խոչընդոտներ է նախանշում էներգոանցման իրականացման ճանապարհին և դրանցից առաջինը համարվում է առաքումների շղթայում որոշ երկրների և տարածաշրջանների գերիշխանությունը։

Այսպես. մարտկոցների, արևային վահանակների, քամու գեներատորների և այլ էկոտեխնոլոգիաների արտադրության 70 տոկոսը բաժին է հասնում Չինաստանին, որը հստակ գիտակցում է իր գերիշխանությունը և այդ տեխնոլոգիաներն օգտագործում ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլև քաղաքական նպատակներով, հատկապես մեծ երկրները, Եվրոպան և Հարավային Ամերիկայի մեծ երկրները մտադիր են սեփական տնտեսական հզորություններ ստեղծել իրենք արտադրեն անհրաժեշտ սարքավորումները ոչ միայն էներգետիկ անկախությունն ապահովելու, այլ նաև քաղաքական կախվածությունը նվազեցնելու համար։

Հայաստանում, որտեղ արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», դեռևս վաղ է խոսել էներգետիկ անվտանգության և քաղաքական կախվածությունից ազատվելու հնարավորությունների մասին։
