Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, քույրեր և եղբայրներ
Ավարտին է մոտենում 2022 թվականը՝ դժվարություններով ու ծանր փորձություններով մի տարի։ Եղել են հուսահատության և անկումային պահեր։ Բայց նույն տարում մեր երկրում կազմավորվել են նոր ընտանիքներ, ծնվել են երեխաներ, եղել են հաղթանակներ, հերոսություններ։
Ես խոնարհվում եմ մեր հայրենիքի սահմանները պաշտպանելիս զոհված մեր տղաների առաջ։ Ես խոնարհվում եմ նրանց ծնողների առաջ։
Իմ պարտքն եմ համարում՝ անել ամեն ինչ՝ նրանց ընտանիքների, երեխաների ապագան հնարավորինս անհոգ դարձնելու համար։
Ի՞նչ ակնկալիքներ ունենք գալիք 2023 –ից։ Ցավոք, կյանքը հեքիաթների պես չէ, և օրացուցային տարվա փոխվելով՝ մեր խնդիրները չեն վերանում։Բայց ես վստահ եմ, որ Ամանորի գիշերը և հաջորդող օրերին մենք կարող ենք անել կարևոր փոփոխություններ՝ փոխել մթնոլորտը մեր երկրում, վերացնել ներքին չարությունն ու անտարբերությունը, որոնք հավասար չարիք են։
Կոչ եմ անում՝ տարին սկսել այդ պարզ, բայց ամենակարևոր քայլից։
Կոչ եմ անում՝ մերժել հուսահատությունը, ուղղակի արգելել, որ այն թակի մեր դուռը։
Կոչ եմ անում՝ չմտածել հայրենիքից հեռանալու մասին։Ուրիշ տեղ հայրենիք չի լինում։
Բոլոր խնդիրները հաղթահարելի են։ Մենք, ուս ուսի տված, անցնելու ենք բոլոր դժվարությունների միջով, կառուցելու ենք ուժեղ և զարգացող պետություն։ 
Մենք ունենք և´ բարեկամներ, և´ դաշնակիցներ, որոնք օգնելու են մեզ, բայց առաջին հերթին մենք ունենք ինքներս մեզ՝ մեր ստեղծագործ ոգին, մեր սերը՝ մեր երկրի հանդեպ։
Շնորհավորում եմ մեր բոլորի Ամանորը։
Շնորհավորում եմ Արցախի մեր հերոսական հայրենակիցների, աշխարհով մեկ սփռված հայության Նոր տարին, մեր բոլոր բարեկամ ու խաղաղասեր ժողովուրդների տոնը։
Հատուկ շնորհավորում եմ այս պահին սահմանին կանգնած մեր զինծառայողներին։
Բոլորիս մաղթում եմ խաղաղություն, ընտանեկան երջանկություն։
