«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Նախօրեին Ստեփանակերտի Վերածննդի հրապարակում կայացավ զանգվածային հանրահավաք, որը միասնության, վճռականության, անսասանության յուրատեսակ խորհրդանիշ էր: Սա հիստերիայի հերթական ալիքն է բարձրացրել Ադրբեջանում, որտեղ տարբեր տեղեկատվական հարթակներում փորձում են տարաբնույթ հիմարություններ շաղ տալ: Մինչ այս էլ թշնամական երկիրը ցավագին էր ընդունում Արցախի պետնախարարի պաշտոնում Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նշանակումը: Սա, ի դեպ, նաև ռուսաստանյան լրատվամիջոցների ուշադրությունն է գրավել, ի մասնավորի, շեշտվում է, որ «նախկին ռուսաստանցի միլիարդատերը» ստիպել է Բաքվին նյարդայնանալ: Իսկ ինչո՞ւ է Բաքուն այսքան հիվանդագին ընդունում Վարդանյանի գործոնը:

Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցության համանախագահ Հակոբ Հակոբյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում այսպես է մեկնաբանում ադրբեջանական հիստերիան. «Ցանկացած անձ, երևույթ, գործողություն, որն օգնում է «Արցախի Հանրապետություն», «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն» բառակապակցություններն էլ ավելի բարձր մակարդակով շրջանառելուն, հիստերիա է առաջացնում Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների մոտ: Բոլորս ենք ականատես նրան, որ, հաշվի առնելով պարոն Վարդանյանի անձը և նրա` Արցախում լինելու հանգամանքը, սկսել են ավելի շատ խոսել Արցախի Հանրապետության մասին: Կարծում եմ` ադրբեջանական հիստերիան նաև դրա հետ է կապված»: Քաղտեխնոլոգ Արմեն Բադալ յանն էլ կարծում է, որ երբ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն իր ձեռքը վերցնի Արցախի կառավարման ողջ համակարգը, այն դուրս է բերելու Հայաստանի իշխանությունների վերահսկողությունից:

«Հայաստանի իշխանություններն Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հետ համատեղ Արցախի հարցի վերաբերյալ իրականացնում են նույն քաղաքականությունը, այն է` Արցախը թողնել Ադրբեջանի կազմում: Այդ կոմպլեքսի մեջ Արցախի պետնախարարի անձն այդ ամբողջ ծրագիրը խափանում է»,-մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց Բադալ յանը: Ռազմական փորձագետ Հայկ Նահապետյանը նշում է, որ լավագույն որակումը Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունն է տալիս: «Եթե նա դեմ է, անվանարկում է, թիրախավորում, ուրեմն ճիշտ ընտրություն է կատարվել: Այն, ինչ թշնամուս համար վատ է, ինձ համար օգտակար է: Դա աքսիոմ է: Այն, ինչ թշնամու համար վնասակար է, քեզ համար օգտակար է: Հիմա, եթե Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը խիստ դժգոհում է ու վտանգ զգում, ուրեմն մեզ համար օգտակար է»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց փորձագետը:
