ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության ռազմական հակահետախուզության դեպարտամենտի ծառայողների մշակած և ձեռնարկած ծավալուն օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացի, ՊՆ N զորամասի կոչումով մայոր սպան 2021 թվականի հուլիսին հայտնվել է օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայությունների ուշադրության կենտրոնում, հավաքագրվել նրանց կողմից, նրանց հետ համագործակցության վերաբերյալ համաձայնագիր ստորագրել։

Այնուհետև, ծառայության նշանակվելով ՀՀ ՊՆ մեկ այլ զորամասում՝ որպես զորամասի ծառայություններից մեկի պետ, ծառայության ընթացքում օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայություններից հաղորդագրությունների միջոցով ստանալով համագործակցությունը շարունակելու վերաբերյալ առաջարկություն և ընդունելով այն, պարտավորվել է վարձատրության դիմաց հավաքել և օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայություններին հանձնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանությանը, տարածքային անձեռնմխելիությանը և արտաքին անվտանգությանն ի վնաս օգտագործելու համար ռազմական բնագավառի պետական և ծառայողական գաղտնիք կազմող տեղեկություններ, որպիսի պայմաններում իր հանցավոր գործունեությունն իրագործելով՝ 2022 թվականի փետրվարից մինչև նոյեմբերն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում հավաքել և իր կողմից օգտագործվող տարբեր բջջային հավելվածների միջոցով օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայության ներկայացուցչին է հանձնել պետական և ծառայողական գաղտնիք կազմող ռազմական բնագավառի տեղեկություններ, մասնավորապես՝ գաղտնի դրոշմով տարբեր բովանդակության փաստաթղթեր, իր ծառայության վայրի, ստորաբաժանումների ուղղվածության, տեսակի և քանակի, ինչպես նաև նշված ստորաբաժանումների կողմից ՀՀ արևելյան և հարավային ուղղություններում ծառայություն իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ տվյալները, որոնց դիմաց որպես վարձատրություն՝ օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայության ներկայացուցչից տարբեր օրերի ընդհանուր ստացել է 19.700 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար՝ այդ կերպ կատարելով պետական դավաճանություն՝ ի վնաս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային անձեռնմխելիության և արտաքին անվտանգության:

ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում հիշյալ սպային ներկայացվել է մեղադրանք, դատարանի որոշմամբ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:

Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը ևս մեկ անգամ հորդորում է ՀՀ բոլոր քաղաքացիներին, այդ թվում՝ զինծառայողներին՝ օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից հավաքագրված լինելու կամ համագործակցության առաջարկ ստանալու մասին անհապաղ տեղեկացնել իրավասու մարմիններին՝ ՀՀ անվտանգությանն ու պաշտպանությանը վերաբերող հարցերը նրանց հետ քննարկելը և տեղեկությունների փոխանցումը բացառելու, ինչպես նաև համապատասխան միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկելու նպատակով:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
