EFSE-ն և ԱրարատԲանկը մեկտեղում են ջանքերը՝ աջակցելու Հայաստանի ՄՓՄՁ-ներին

Հարավարևելյան Եվրոպայի եվրոպական հիմնադրամը (EFSE) հինգ տարի մարման ժամկետով $10 միլիոն է տրամադրել ԱրարատԲանկին:

Բանկից հայտնել են, որ կֆինանսավորվեն ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմով պայմանավորված տնտեսական, սոցիալական և անվտանգային մարտահրավերներից տուժած միկրո, փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունները (ՄՓՄՁ): Առաջնահերթությունը կտրվի ճգնաժամի ուղղակի ազդեցության տակ գտնվող ոլորտներին:  

«Ֆինանսավորման միջոցների շարունակական հասանելիություն տրամադրելով ՄՓՄՁ-ներին՝ այս ֆինանսական գործիքը կօգնի նրանց շարունակել գործունեությունը և դիմակայել լարված իրավիճակում գործող մատակարարման շղթայի և լոգիստիկ ենթակառուցվածքի աճող մարտահրավերներին:

Ֆինանսավորումը հնարավորություն կտա ԱրարատԲանկին ավելի ընդլայնել վարկավորման ծավալները՝ տրամադրելով ավելի երկար մարման ժամկետով ավելի քան 700 նոր ենթավարկ, որը կնպաստի Հայաստանի գործարար միջավայրի և տնտեսության դիմակայունության ամրապնդմանը: Ներդրումը կնպաստի ԿԶՆ 8-ի (Տնտեսական աճ) եւ ԿԶՆ 9-ի (Արդյունաբերական նորարարություն և ենթակառուցվածք) իրագործմանը»,- ասված է բանկի տարածած հաղորդագրությունում:

EFSE-ի Խորհրդի նախագահ Կլաուս Մյուլլերը նշել է․ «Դրամական հոսքերի և կենսականորեն կարևոր ռեսուրսների հասանելիության վրա բացասական անդրադարձի հետևանքով ճգնաժամերի ժամանակ առաջինը տուժում են միկրո, փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունները: Այս նոր ֆինանսավորումը հնարավորություն կտա EFSE-ի երկարամյա գործընկեր ԱրարատԲանկին այս բարդ ժամանակներում խիստ անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսական աջակցություն տրամադրել հայաստանյան ՄՓՄՁ-ներին»:

ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿ ԲԲԸ Վարչության նախագահ Մհեր Անանյանն էլ իր հերթին նշել է, որ EFSE-ի հետ երկարամյա համագործակցությունը խոսում է փոխվստահության հիման վրա կառուցված արդյունավետ և ամուր գործընկերության մասին։

«2010թ․-ից ի վեր EFSE-ից ներգրավված միջոցներով իրականացվել է 8 ծրագիր՝ ընդհանուր $63 միլիոնի չափով։ Ցուցանիշներով խոսելն, անխոս, տպավորիչ է, բայց պետք է նաև խոսքով փաստենք, որ EFSE-ի հետ գործընկերային հարաբերությունները զգալիորեն նպաստել են միկրո, փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների խթանմանը Հայաստանում»,- ասել է Մհեր Անանյանը։   

Բանկից հիշեցրել են, որ դեռ 2019թ․-ին հիմնադրամը $10 միլիոնին համարժեք բազմարժութային վարկ է տրամադրել ԱրարատԲանկին՝ նպաստելով ազգային արժույթով վարկերի տրամադրմանը և զերծ պահելով ծրագրի շահառուներին արտարժութային ռիսկերից:
