Ավետիք Չալաբյանի «Ազգային պակտն» ու նախկին նախագահների հանդիպումը

«Ապագա հայկական պետությունը պետք է կարողանա վերականգնել սեփական ինստիտուցիոնալ խորությունը և պետական ապարատի կարողությունները բարձրացնել որակական նոր մակարդակի»։

Դեռ այս տարվա հունիսին գրում էր «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, նշում, որ այսօրվա Հայաստանի համար առանցքային կարևորություն է ստանում ձևավորել սեփական «Ազգային պակտ»-ը, այսինքն` այն պարզ, հասկանալի, և համընդհանուր ռազմավարական նպատակները, որոնց պետք է ծառայի հայկական պետությունը առաջիկա տասնամյակներին, և որոնք ենթակա չեն արմատական վերանայման քաղաքական ուժերի փոխարինման դեպքում։

Նախկին նախագահների և Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսի՝ երեկ Մայր Աթոռում կայացած հանդիպումը, թերևս, լիովին տեղավորվում է նոր «Ազգային պակտ» ձևավորելու ուղեծրի մեջ։

«Ազգային պակտ»-ը, ի վերջո, պետք է պատասխան տա կարևորագույն մի հարցի՝ ո՞րն է պատմական հայրենիքում հայկական ազգային պետության առաքելությունը, կամ հանուն ինչ բարձրագույն նպատակների պետք է հայ մարդը պատրաստ լինի զրկանքներ կրել և տոկալ իր պատմական հայրենիքում։ Այսպիսի գործընթաց կարելի է ձեռնարկել արդեն հիմա՝ դուռը բաց թողնելով բոլոր քաղաքական և հասարակական կառույցների համար և ունենալով «Ազգային պակտ»-ի շուրջ ձևավորվող հանրային լայն քննարկում»,- նշել է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը՝ հավելել, թե մեզ պետք է լինելու ձևավորել այնպիսի ազգային առաջնորդություն, որն ընդունակ է այն իրականացնել հաջորդ տասնամյակների ընթացքում։

Տասնամյակներ շարունակ Հայաստանի նախկին նախագահները լուրջ տարաձայնություններ են ունեցել, սակայն այսօր նրանց մեկտեղումը հույս է տալիս, որ կարելի է բեկել ազգային պառակտման շարունակվող գործընթացը, նոր «Ազգային պակտի» հիմքը դնել, որտեղ տեղ չեն ունենա պառակտվածությունն ու տգիտությունը, մասնագիտական անհամապատասխանությունն ու անձնային որակների բացահայտումը։

Հրաշալի կլինի, եթե նախկին նախագահներին հաջողվի կոնսենսուսի գալ ազգային և պետական հարցերում՝ որպես ելակետ ընդունելով Ավետիք Չալաբյանի առաջարկը։
