Չինաստանի դատարանը հինգշաբթի օրը երեք երիտասարդների մահապատժի է դատապարտել Չինաստանի հարավային Յունան նահանգում կին ուսանողուհու սպանության աղմկահարույց գործով, գրում է Ռիա Նովոստին:

Հինգշաբթի օրը Չինաստանի Յունան նահանգի Սիշուանգբաննա Դայի ինքնավար պրեֆեկտուրայի ժողովրդական դատարանը կայացրել է իր վճիռը 2020 թվականի ամռանը Չինաստանի հարավում 21-ամյա ուսանողուհու սպանության աղմկահարույց գործով:

Լի անունով 21-ամյա ուսանողուհու սպանությունը նրա ընկերոջ և ևս երկու տղամարդկանց կողմից դարձել է Չինաստանում վերջին տարիների ամենաաղմկահարույցներից մեկը։ Դատարանի պաշտոնական WeChat սոցիալական ցանցում տեղադրված ծանուցագրի համաձայն՝ դատարանը պարզել է, որ 2020 թվականի հուլիսի սկզբին 24-ամյա Հոնգ Քյաոն, ով Լիի ընկերն էր, հերթական վեճերից մեկից հետո որոշել է սպանել իր ընկերուհուն։ Դրա համար նա օգնություն է խնդրել Չժան Չենգգուանգից և Կաո Ցեկինից, որոնք սպանության պահին 21 տարեկան էին։

Հոնգ Քյաոն 2020 թվականի հուլիսի 9-ի գիշերը Մենհայ կոմսության այգի է տարել աղջկան, Չժան Չենգուանգը և Կաո Զեկինը սպանել են նրան, այնուհետև թաղել դիակը: Շուտով ոստիկանությունը երեքին էլ ձերբակալել է։
Դատարանը երիտասարդներին մեղավոր է ճանաչել դիտավորյալ սպանության մեջ և նրանց դատապարտել մահապատժի։ Չժան Չենգուանգի և Կաո Ցեկինի մահապատիժը երկու տարով կասեցվել է։
