Ինչու գլխավոր դատախազն այսօր չընդունեց զոհվածների հարազատներին. պարզաբանում

Այսօր ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը հրաժարվեց  ընդունել 44-օրյա պատերազմոււմ զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատներին՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ դեռևս նորություն չունեն, քննարկումներ են ընթանում գործը տեղափոխելու համար: 

Դատախազության շենքի առջև  բողոքի ակցիա  իրականացնող 44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատները  պահանջում էին, որ դատախազությունը Քննչական կոմիտեում 308 հոդվածի երկրորդ մասի հատկանիշներով (պաշտոնական լիազորությունների չարաշահում, որն առաջացրել է ծանր հետեւանքներ) հարուցված գործը փոխանցվի ԱԱԾ-ին:

ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ը փորձեց վերջիններիս հարցերի շուրջ պարզաբանումներ ստանալ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանից:

«Նրանց բոլոր հարցերը համապատասխան ընթացքների մեջ են, նախկինում ներկայացված  բոլոր միջնորդություններն,  ըստ էության, բավարարվել են. քննչական ենթակայություն է փոխվել: Այսինքն՝  կապը կա համապատասխան փաստաթղթաշրջանառության միջոցով և այստեղ որևէ խնդիր  չկա»,-պարզաբանեց Գ. Աբրահամյանը:

Այն հարցին, թե ինչու Ա. Դավթյանի հետ նրանց հանդիպումը չկայացավ, Գ. Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ  ամեն անգամ  նույնաբնույթ հարցերի հետ կապված հանդիպումները այդքան էլ տրամաբանական չեն:

«Նախորդ շաբաթվա վերջին են նրանք  հրավիրվել գլխավոր դատախազի հետ  հանդիպման,  բարձրացրել  իրենց հարցերը,  ստացել համապատասխան պարզաբանումներ գլխավոր դատախազությունից»,-ավելացրեց նա:

Հարուցված գործը ԱԱԾ-ին փոխանցելու հետ կապված պահանջին ի պատասխան՝  Գ. Աբրահամյանը  նշեց, որ  քննչական ենթակայության հարցը նախասիրություններով կամ նախապատվություններով չի լուծվում:
