Սահմանադրական դատարանի գործող դատավորներ Արևիկ Պետրոսյանի և Աշոտ Խաչատրյանի պաշտոնավարման ժամկետը լրանում է այս տարվա դեկտեմբերին, և այդ կապակցությամբ Կառավարությունն ու Նախագահականը նոր թեկնածուներ են առաջադրել։ Հայաստանի Կառավարությունը որպես թեկնածու նախօրեին հաստատել է Մարտի 1-ի գործով տուժողի ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Սեդա Սաֆարյանի՝ Հանրային խորհրդի նախկին նախագահ Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանի քրոջ թեկնածությունը։

Վերջինս, երեկ Կառավարության նիստում ընդամենը մի քանի բառով կմկմաց, թե խոստանում է արդարացնել բոլոր հույսերը. «Դուք չեք զղջա ինձ այդ բարձր պաշտոնի թեկնածու առաջադրելու համար»,- ընդգծել է Սաֆարյանը։

Թե ո՞վ չի զղջալու՝ գործող իշխանությո՞ւնը, թե՞ ժողովուրդը, Սեդա Սաֆարյանն իր խոսքում բնավ չի նշել։

Նախագահական նստավայրն էլ առաջադրել է իրավաբանական վարչության պետ Հովակիմ Հովակիմյանի թեկնածությունը։ Այս երկու անձինք էլ Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավոր դառնալուն պես կատարելու են բացառապես իշխանության քմահաճույքները, ապահովելու են ՍԴ-ում փաշինյանական անձնակազմի մեծամասնությունը։

Ի դեպ վերջին օրերին տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, թե Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորի թեկնածու կարող է դառնալ Արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Արտակ Զեյնալյանը։ Նա մասնակցում էր Վճռաբեկ դատարանի դատավորի ընտրությանը Ազգային ժողովում, և իր նախկին գործընկերները և կոալիցիոն դաշնակիցները 0 քվե տվեցին Արտակ Զեյնալյանին։ Իսկ այժմ էլ նրան չեն առաջադրում Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորի պաշտոնի համար։ Ըստ էության, սա լայն ապտակ է թե՛ Արտակ Զեյնալյանին, թե՛ նրա կուսակցության՝ Արամ Սարգսյանի ղեկավարած «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցության հանդեպ։
