ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության կողմից Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան ներկայացված ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման վերաբերյալ հերթական հայցադիմումն ընդունվել է վարույթ:

Ինչպես հայտնում են Դատախազությունից, համաձայն վերջինիս՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործերով վարչությունը պահանջ է ներկայացրել դատարանին Գալուստ Գրիգորյանից հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բռնագանձել մասնավորապես՝  

Երևան քաղաքում գտնվող  1 հասարակական նշանակության տարածք, 2 բնակարան և մեկ ավտոկայանատեղի, մեկ տրանսպորտային միջոց, իսկ անհնարինության դեպքում՝ դրանց միջին շուկայական արժեքը, որն ընդհանուր կազմում է 1.475.449.400 ՀՀ դրամ,

Երևան քաղաքում գտնվող երկու ավտոկայանատեղիի, երկու բնակարանի և երկու տրանսպորտային միջոցի շուկայական արժեքը, որն ընդհանուր կազմում է 590.140.000 ՀՀ դրամ,

մասնակցություն մեկ ընկերությունում, վարձակալությունից, օտարումից, փոխառությունից առաջացած գումարներ, որոնք ընդհանուր կազմում են 750.221.142 ՀՀ դրամ, ինչպես նաև 3,722,693,253 ՀՀ դրամի չափով գումար, որը չի հիմնավորվում անձի օրինական եկամուտներով, ունի ապօրինի ծագում, փոխանցվել է բարեխիղճ ձեռքբերողի կամ հնարավոր չէ նույնականացնել և բռնագանձել:

ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով հարուցված և քննվող՝  ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախկին նախագահ, ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախկին նախարար Գ. Խաչատրյանի և մի շարք այլ անձանց կողմից առերևույթ կատարված յուրացումներին, պաշտոնեական լիազորությունների չարաշահմանը, պաշտոնեական կեղծիքին և փողերի լվացմանը վերաբերող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում Գ. Գրիգորյանը  որպես մեղադրյալ է ներգրավվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-214-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով և 38-190-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախատեսված հանրորեն վտանգավոր արարքները կատարելու համար: Նշված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել վերջինիս ենթադրյալ ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքերի առկայության մասին, ինչի հիման վրա նախաձեռնվել էր ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման ուսումնասիրություն:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործերով վարչության կողմից այլ գործերով, որոնցով արդեն իսկ կիրառվել են հայցի նախնական ապահովման միջոցներ, շարունակվում են ներկայացվել ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման հայցադիմումներ։
