«Ձմեռվանից հետո մաշկի պաշտպանիչ շերտը բարակում է, այն դառնում է խամրած և շատ զգայուն, ունենում է գունատ տեսք։ Չոր մաշկն անհարթ է դառնում, իսկ յուղոտը՝ բորբոքվում»,- ասում է կոսմետոլոգ Հեղինե Զուրաբյանը:

Իհարկե, մի քիչ ուշացումով, բայց գարնան շունչն արդեն զգացվում է: Բնականաբար, եղանակի փոփոխությունը նաև մեր մաշկն է զգում, և մենք պետք է վերանայենք ամենօրյա խնամքը: Կոսմետոլոգ Հեղինե Զուրաբյանը խոսել է գարնանը մաշկը խնամելու կարևոր առանձնահատկություներից, որոնք մենք ներկայացնում ենք ձեր ուշադրությանը.

«Գարնանը մաշկի խնամքը կախված է դրա տեսակից, բայց ընդհանուր խորհուրդներ կան, որոնք բոլորի համար են: Նախևառաջ, պետք է ավելի շատ մրգեր և բանջարեղեն ուտել, հնարավորինս խուսափել խմորային, ճարպոտ մթերքներից, իսկ ավելի շատ՝ քաղցրից։ Գարնանը դեմքի մաշկի կարևոր բաղկացուցիչը դրա մաքրումն է առավոտյան և քնելուց առաջ: Ավելի լավ է լվանալ դեմքը եռացրած ջրով կամ խոտաբույսերի թուրմերով: Պետք է կարողանալ պահպանել 8-ժամյա քնի ռեժիմը, ինչպես նաև հանգստանալ, հաճախ լինել բնության գրկում, որ մաշկը կրկին փայլի»:

Կոսմետոլոգի խոսքով` գարնանը մաշկի հետ կապված խնդիրներն առաջանում են նաև վիտամինների պակասից, քանի որ գարնանը բանջարեղեն և մրգեր համեմատաբար ավելի քիչ ենք օգտագործում.

«Պետք է հետևել սննդին` լրացնելով օրգանիզմի համար խիստ անհրաժեշտ վիտամիններն ու դրա համար անհրաժեշտ ավելի շատ մրգեր, բանջարեղեն ու սպիտակուցներ ուտել: Չոր մաշկ ունեցողներին խորհուրդ է տրվում մաքրել դեմքը կոսմետիկ կաթով, քանի որ այդպիսի մաշկը շատ քիչ ճարպ է արտադրում, և բնական պաշտպանիչ թաղանթը հեշտությամբ մաքրվում է ջրով: Յուղոտ մաշկի համար երեկոյան քսուքը պետք է պարունակի հնարավորինս քիչ ճարպեր, ուստի ավելի լավ է ընտրել գելային հիմքով կոսմետիկ միջոցներ: Նորմալ մաշկի դեպքում խորհուրդ են տրվում խոնավեցնող նոսր քսուքներ, իսկ խառը մաշկի դեպքում ավելի լավ է օգտագործել գելեր և փրփուրներ: Վերջին երկու դեպքում պետք է օգտվել միանգամից երկու միջոցից` յուղոտ և չոր մաշկի համար նախատեսված»:

Հեղինե Զուրաբյանի խոսքով` փոշոտման հետ կապված գարնանը շատ են ալերգիաները.

«Հատկապես գարնան սկզբին մաշկը շատ խոցելի է: Հենց այս ընթացքում են ի հայտ գալիս նաև ալերգիաները: Զգայուն մաշկ ունեցողները պետք է ավելի ուշադիր լինեն: Օրինակ, պետք է ընտրեն այնպիսի քսուքներ, որոնց վրա նշված է, որ նախատեսված է զգայուն մաշկի համար: Նման քսուքների բաղադրության մեջ չկան գունանյութեր, բուրավետիչներ»:
