«Ազգային անվտանգություն» կուսակցության նախագահ Գառնիկ Իսագուլյանը մի քանի ժամ է՝ ազատ է արձակվել։

NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում  Իսագուլյանն ասաց, որ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը՝ դատավոր Վաչե Մարգարյանի նախագահությամբ, նախօրեին իր նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը գրավով փոխարինելու մասին որոշում է կայացրել։

«Գրավի չափ է սահմանվել  10 մլն դրամը»,– հայտնեց նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Գառնիկ Իսագուլյանը կալանավորվել էր 2021թ. դեկտեմբերի 22–ին։ Նա մեղադրվում էր սուտ մատնություն կատարելու մեջ։

Քննչական կոմիտեի հաղորդմամբ, Գառնիկ Իսագուլյանը, մամուլի ակումբում հրավիրված ասուլիսի ընթացքում, գիտակցելով, որ իր կողմից տրամադրվող տեղեկատվությունը կեղծ է, հայտնել է չկատարված հանցագործության մասին, որը զուգորդվել է ՀՀ վարչապետին և Ուկրաինայում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանին առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության, մասնավորապես՝ ի վնաս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության, տարածքային անձեռնմխելիության և արտաքին անվտանգության, օտարերկրյա պետությանը թշնամական գործունեություն իրականացնելու համար օգնություն ցույց տալու մեջ մեղադրելով:

Ավարտվել է Գառնիկ Իսագուլյանի կողմից սուտ մատնություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրգործի նախաքննությունը։
