«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

«Փաստը» տեղեկություններ է ստանում, որ ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտության ֆոնին ռուսաստանյան որոշ շրջանակներ ցանկանում են հաշիվներ բացել Հայաստանի բանկերում: Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, բանկային համակարգը, որը բավական կայուն է, ինտենսիվ նախապատրաստությունների մեջ է: Մյուս կողմից՝ տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ մի շարք գործարարներ ցանկություն ունեն իրենց բիզնեսները տեղափոխել Հայաստան:

Անդրադառնալով նշվածի հնարավորությանը, ինչպես նաև դրանց օգուտներին ու վնասներին՝ «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում տնտեսագետ Վարդան Բոստանջյանը հայտնել է, որ բիզնեսները տեղափոխելու մասին ինքը ևս տեղյակ է: «Մի որոշակի զանգված իր աշխատանքային գործունեությունը գոնե առաջիկայում Հայաստանում է տեսնում: Եվ նրանք կգան: Ցանկացած նման իրողություն մեր ՀՆԱ-ի մեծացմանը միտված գործոն է, ինչը բացասական հանգամանք չի կարող լինել: Բայց, բոլոր դեպքերում, տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտները պետք է ունենան անհրաժեշտ պայմաններ գործունեություն իրականացնելու համար:

Ցանկալի է նաև, որ գործունեությունը ոչ թե առևտրային, այլ տեխնոլոգիական բնույթ կրի: Եթե այդ ներգաղթի պայմաններում փոքր-ինչ զարկ տանք տեխնոլոգիական բնույթի գործունեությանը, ես այս տեսանկյունից դրական միտումներ կտեսնեմ»: Նա շեշտեց նաև, որ արժեզրկված արժույթով ցանկացած գործունեություն խոցելի կլինի, ու այստեղ աշխատանքը շարունակողները, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, հաշվարկել են այդ ռիսկը՝ պահուստում ունենալով դոլար կամ եվրո:

Ինչ վերաբերում է հաշիվներ բացելուն, նշվածի հնարավոր վտանգներին մասնավորապես մեր ազգային արժույթի տեսանկյունից, Բոստանջյանը նշեց, որ մեծ վտանգ չի տեսնում. «Իհարկե, որոշակի փոփոխություն մեր ազգային արժույթի կտրվածքով կարող է լինել, բայց դա երկրորդ պլան կմղվի՝ հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալ գործունեությունների ծավալումը, դրանց ծավալների մեծացումը»:
