Հայաստանը պատրաստվում է դիմել միջազգային կառույցներին ու Ինտերպոլին` հետախուզումը դադարեցնելու հարցով, այնպես, ինչպես դա արվել է նախկինում Ադրբեջանի հայտարարած այլ հետախուզումների պարագայում։ Այս մասին Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում, մեկնաբանելով ադրբեջանական կողմի այսօրվա հայտարարությունը, ասաց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը։

ՀՀ և ԱՀ քաղաքացիների, այդ թվում` ՀՀ երկրորդ ու երրորդ նախագահների նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի հայտարարած հետախուզումներն ապօրինի են ու չունեն որևէ իրավական հիմք։ 
 
«Երբ պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի և Արցախի հանրապետությունների քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ սկսվեցին քրեական հետապնդումների հարուցման ու հետախուզումների մասին հայտարարություններ արվել, մենք ինչպես առաջ, հիմա էլ նշում ենք և մնում այն կարծիքին, որ դրանք ապօրինի են, որևէ իրավական հիմք չունեն ու հիմնված են Ադրբեջանի կողմից վարվող այն թշնամական ու ազգային ատելության վրա, որով նաև պայմանավորված է տեղի ունեցած վերջին պատերազմը»,– ասել է Աբրահամյանը։
 
Դատախազի խորհրդականը նաև հայտնել է, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստվում է այս հարցով դիմել միջազգային կառույցներին ու Ինտերպոլին` հետախուզումը դադարեցնելու խնդրանքով, այնպես, ինչպես դա արվել է նախկինում Ադրբեջանի հայտարարած այլ հետախուզումների պարագայում։

«Դատախազությունը ձեռնարկում է համապատասխան միջոցներ, որպեսզի մեր քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ հարուցված հետախուզումներն ու դրանց վերաբերող հարցումները միջազգային այդ խողովակներով որևէ ընթացք չստանան»,– հայտնել է Աբրահամյանը։
