ՌԴ քաղաքացիության դիմումների հետ կապված փոփոխություն կլինի

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացիության դիմումների ընդհանուր կարգով քննարկման, ինչպես նաեւ քաղաքական ապաստան ստացած անձանց, փախստականների եւ ՌԴ ԶՈւ-ում պայմանագրով զինվորականների համար նախատեսված դիմումների քննարկման ժամկետը կարող է կրճատվել: Այժմ հայտերը քննարկվում են ողջ տարվա ընթացքում, առաջարկվում է կրճատել այդ ժամկետը մինչեւ երեք ամիս, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը՝ վկայակոչելով ՌԴ ՆԳՆ մամուլի կենտրոնը։

2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերին ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Պետդումա է ներկայացրել «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացիության մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը։ Փաստաթղթում նշվում են քաղաքացիություն ստանալու հիմնական պահանջները՝ ռուսաց լեզվի, ռուսաց պատմության եւ օրենսդրության հիմունքների իմացություն, ինչպես նաեւ Սահմանադրությանը հետեւելու պարտավորություն եւ երկրի անվտանգությանը սպառնացող վտանգի բացակայություն:

ՆԳՆ-ում հայտարարել են, որ այս օրինագիծը գերատեսչությանը եւ դրա տարածքային մարմիններին ՌԴ քաղաքացիության ընդունման դիմումների քննարկման իրավասության փոխանցում է ենթադրում։ Նախատեսվում է, որ նախարարությունը պատասխանատվություն կկրի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացիության տրամադրման վերաբերյալ որոշումներ կայացնելու համար առանձին կատեգորիաների անձանց մասով, որոնց վերաբերյալ որոշումներն այժմ ընդունում է ՌԴ նախագահը։

Քաղաքացիների այս կատեգորիաների համար մտադիր են կրճատել քաղաքացիության ընդունման դիմումների քննարկման ժամանակը, նշել են ՆԳՆ-ում։

Նրանք նշել են, որ պետության ղեկավարի իրավասության ներքո կմնա միայն բացառիկ կարգով ՌԴ քաղաքացիության ընդունումը։ Դա կվերաբերի Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի վետերաններին, ովքեր նախկին ԽՍՀՄ երկրների քաղաքացիներ են։ Դա տարածվում է նաեւ այն մարդկանց վրա, ովքեր հատուկ արժանիքներ ունեն Ռուսաստանի առջեւ, եւ այն անձանց, ովքեր իրենց մասնագիտության ուժով առանձնահատուկ հետաքրքրություն են ներկայացնում երկրի համար։
