ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հռիփսիմե Ստամբուլյանը, որը գործարար աշխարհից է եկել քաղաքականություն եւ «Անռիվա» տուրիստական գործակալության հիմնադիրն է, որոշել է դատի տալ իշխանական ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հասմիկ Հակոբյանին՝ ամբիոնից իր հասցեին ունեցած ելույթի համար։ Հակոբյանը հայտարարել էր, թե ով՝ ով, բայց Ստամբուլյանը Երեւան-Ստամբուլ թռիչքներից չպետք է խոսի, որովհետեւ, իր բնորոշմամբ, «տարիներ շարունակ գումար է վաստակել՝ մեր հայրենակիցներին դեպի Ստամբուլ տեղափոխելու արդյունքում»։ Ստամբուլյանն այս հայտարարությունը համարում է զրպարտանք իր հասցեին, քանի որ ինքը ո՛չ թռիչքներ է իրականացրել Երեւան-Ստամբուլ ուղղությամբ, ո՛չ էլ գումար է վաստակել դրա հաշվին։

Պատգամավորի փաստաբան Հովհաննես Չամսարյանն ասաց, որ հայցադիմումն արդեն մուտք է արվել Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, պահանջում են հերքել զրպարտություն հանդիսացող տեղեկությունը, ինչպես նաեւ գործարար համբավին պատճառված վնասի փախհատուցում են պահանջում` 6 մլն դրամի չափով, որը հետագայում ուղղվելու է բարեգործության։
