Փաստաբան Էրիկ Ալեքսանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․ «Քիչ առաջ ՀՀ դատավորների միությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել այն մասին, որ Սյունիքի մարզի առաջին ատյանի  ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Բորիս Բախշիյանի նկատմամբ դատախազությունն ու ԱԱԾ-ն քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնելու և անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելով  զուգորդված քրեական հետապնդում  իրականացնելու գործընթաց է սկսել։

Բորիս Բախշիյանն այն դատավորն է, ով ներկայիս դրությամբ  քննում է Քաջարանի քաղաքապետ Մանվել Փարամազյանի, Աշոտ Միանսյանի և Գորիսի փողքաղաքապետեր՝ Մենուա Հովսեփյանի և Իրինա Յոլյանի քրեական գործերը։

Ակնհայտ է, որ դատավոր Բորիս Բախշիյանի նկատմամբ այս գործընթացը փաստացի սկսվեց միայն այն բանից հետո, երբ վերջինս գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակեց Մանվել Փարամազյանին, Մենուա Հովսեփյանին և Աշոտ Մինասյանին, հետևաբար պարզորոշ է, որ նման պարագայում նրա նկատմամբ իրականացվող այդ գործընթացը  չի կարող տեղավորվել իրավական ողջամտության մեջ և լինել իրավաչափ։

ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն և ՀՀ դատախազությունն իրենց նման գործելաոճով պարզապես  նսեմացնում են Դատական իշխանությունը և առհասարակ քանդում են ողջ դատաիրավական համակարգը։ Հասկանալի է, որ սույն նախադեպով փորձ է կատարվում վախի մթնոլորտ մտցնել դատավորների մեջ, որպեսզի նրանք չհամարձակվեն այն քրեական գործերով, որոնցով հետաքրքրրված է քաղաքական իշխանությունը, լինել անկաշկանդ և կայացնել օրինական որոշումներ, այլ պարզապես կատարեն իշխանության կամքը, այն է՝ բոլորին անխտիր պահել փակի տակ։

Ես՝ որպես փաստաբան, իմ աջակցությունն եմ հայտնում դատավոր Բախշիյանին և պատրաստ եմ հարկ եղած դեպքում ստանձնել նրա պաշտպանությունը։

 Կոչ եմ անում իմ բոլոր փաստաբան գործընկերներին չլռել և միանալ հայտարարությանս, քանզի յուրաքանչյուրս նման տեմպերով շատ շուտով զրկվելու ենք անկախ Դատական համակարգ ունենալու մեր կարծես թե վերջին հույսից»։
