ՍՏԱՆՁՆԵԼ ԵՄ ՀՀ ԱԶԳԱՅԻՆ ԺՈՂՈՎԻ ՊԱՏԳԱՄԱՎՈՐ, «ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆ» ԽՄԲԱԿՑՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԱՆԴԱՄ ՀՌԻՓՍԻՄԵ ՍՏԱՄԲՈՒԼՅԱՆԻ ՇԱՀԵՐԻ ՊԱՇՏՊԱՆՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ.

Պատահական չէ, որ վերջին տարիներին ՀՀ դատարաններում էականորեն ավելացել են պատվի, արժանապատվության կամ գործարար համբավի պաշտպանությանն ուղղված գործերի քանակը, քանի որ մեր օրերում հաճախ «կարծիքն ազատ արտահայտելու» անձի սահմանադրական իրավունքն այնքան է խեղվում, որ դառնում է «ինչ ուզել, այն ասելու» պրիմիտիվ կատեգորիա։
Երբ խոսք է գնում քաղաքական ամբիոններից կարծիք արտահայտելուն, միանշանակ է, որ այն ուղղված է առաջնային՝ հանրույթի կառավարմանը (մեծ զանգվածի վրա ազդեցություն թողնելուն) և հետո միայն ուղղված է քաղաքական նպատակին ծառայելուն։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով, քաղաքական ամբիոններից, իսկ մեր երկրում, մասնավորապես, իշխող ուժը ներկայացնող պետական բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց կողմից, հաճախ հնչում են ելույթներ, որոնք մեղմ ասած փաստարկված չեն, հեռու են հիմնավոր լինելուց և ուղղված են բացառապես ընդդիմախոսի վարկանիշը ստվերելուն։
19.01.2022թ-ին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նիստի ընթացքում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության անդամ Հասմիկ Հակոբյանի կողմից զրպարտող տեղեկություններ են հրապարակվել Հռիփսիմե Ստամբուլյանի առնչությամբ։
Տիկին Ստամբուլյանի քաղաքական գործունեության, անձնական արժեքների և իմ մասնագիտական գործունեության սկզբունքներում մի էական համընկնում կա, այն է՝ նպաստել Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարական հասարակության ձևավորմանը, որը սկսվում է այլոց իրավունքները հարգելով։ Եվ այն պետք է սկսվի ԱԺ ամբիոնից։
Հենց այս ամենից ելնելով էլ օրերս դատարան կներկայացնենք զրպարտող տեղեկությունները հերքելու պահանջի մասին հայցադիմում ընդդեմ պատգամավոր Հասմիկ Հակոբյանի՝ ակնկալելով գործի արդար և անաչառ քննություն։
