Իմ առաջարկով և ԵՄ-ի ֆինանսավորմամբ առաջիկա 2 տարիներին կստեղծվի Մարդու իրավունքների ակադեմիա Օմբուդսմանի աշխատակազմում, կստեղծվեն մարզային նոր ստորաբաժանումներ և կուժեղացվեն եղածները: Այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը:
 
«Հունվարի 25-ին մասնակցել եմ միջազգային նոր ծրագրի մեկնարկի, որն այլ միջոցառումների թվում նախատեսում է`
1) Մարդու իրավունքների ակադեմիայի ստեղծում. նպատակ ունեի այն դարձնել Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի զեկույցների, օրինագծերի փորձաքննության, պետական մարմինների տարբեր ծառայողների, ՀԿ-ների մասնագետների վերապատրաստման, ՍԴ դիմումների մշակման և այլ հարցերի գերազանցության կենտրոն:
Այս գաղափարը և հայեցակարգը ձևակերպել ու դրա համար պայքարը սկսել ենք դեռ 2016-2017 թվականներից: Հատկապես արդյունավետ եղան քննարկումները ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության հետ. մեր գործընկերները հետևողական եղան այս հարցում:
Այս գաղափարով էր պայմանավորված, որ դեռ 2016 թվականին մեր աշխատակազմում ստեղծեցի Հետազոտական և կրթական կենտրոնը`որպես Մարդու իրավունքների ակադեմիայի նախատիպ: Այն այս բոլոր 6 տարիների ընթացքում առաջ ենք տարել հենց այդ սկզբունքով:
2) Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի նոր մարզային ստորաբաժանումների ստեղծում և եղածների ուժեղացում:
3) Պատանիների և երիտասարդների խորհուրդների ստեղծում:
4) Աշխատանքի նոր` էլեկտրոնային գործիքներ և թվային տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրում:
5) ՀՀ միջազգային պարտավորությունների կատարման վերահսկողության ուժեղացում և շատ այլ միջոցառումներ:
Հունվարի 25-ին մասնակցել եմ «Հաշվետու ինստիտուտները և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը Հայաստանում» նոր ծրագրի մեկնարկային միջոցառմանը: Մասնակցել եմ առցանց, քանի որ այս օրերին այցով գտնվում եմ Բրյուսելում:
Այս ամենը կիրականացվի Եվրոպական Միության ֆինանսավորմամբ և ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի, ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի, ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի և ԵԱՀԿ-ի կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրի շրջանակում:
Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում մեր միջազգային գործընկերներին: Հատուկ շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակությանը` դեսպան տիկին Անդրեա Վիկտորինի ղեկավարությամբ, որ այս կարևոր ծրագրի վերաբերյալ մեր առաջարկները ներառեցին:
Ծրագրի նպատակներն իրականացվելու են երեք բաղադրիչների միջոցով, որոնք հիմնված են մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության, ոստիկանության բարեփոխումների և սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների ոլորտում ազգային առաջնահերթությունների վրա»։
