«ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Մինչ Հայաստանի քաղաքական շրջանակներն ու հասարակությունը զբաղված էին Երեւանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանին անվստահություն հայտնելու գործընթացով, Հայաստանի պաշտոնյաների կողմից հնչում են հայտարարություններ, որոնք կարեւոր եւ որոշիչ են Հայաստանի համար: Նախ՝ Վրաստան այցի ժամանակ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոսեց Պարսից ծոց – Սեւ ծով միջազգային տրանսպորտային երթուղու գործարկման մասին:

«Ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ այստեղ կա երկու նախագիծ՝ ավտոմոբիլային երթուղի եւ երկաթուղային երթուղի: Ավտոմոբիլային երթուղու զարգացման ուղղությամբ մենք իրականացնում ենք Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհի կառուցումը, որը հայ-վրացական սահմանը կապում է Հայաստան-Իրան սահմանի հետ: Ճանապարհի առավել արդյունավետ աշխատանքի համար մենք ակտիվ քննարկումների մեջ ենք մեր իրանցի եւ վրաց գործընկերների հետ, ու շատ կարեւոր է, որ այստեղ լիարժեք փոխըմբռնման հասնենք: Ընդ որում, ուզում եմ ձեր ուշադրությունը հրավիրել, որ եթե մեզ հաջողվի Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան ավտոմոբիլային հաղորդակցության վերաբերյալ համաձայնության գալ Արբեջանի հետ, այս նախագիծն էականորեն կփոխվի՝ դառնալով Հյուսիս-Հարավ, Արեւելք-Արեւմուտք երթուղի»,- նշել էր նա:

Երեկ էլ ՀՀ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը կարեւորել է Երեւան-Նախիջեւան-Ջուլֆա երկաթգծի գործարկումը՝ ընդգծելով, որ այն բերելու է տարածաշրջանի երկրների տնտեսական զարգացմանը: Վերջինս երեկ հանդիպել էր ԻԻՀ Մեջլիսի Իրան-Հայաստան պատգամավորական բարեկամության խմբի անդամներին եւ նման հայտարարություն արել հենց այդ հանդիպման ժամանակ:

Իր հերթին էլ ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը երեկ նշել է. «Մինչեւ երկաթգծի Մեղրիի, այնուհետեւ Հորադիզ տանող հատվածների կառուցումը այժմ քննարկվում է Երասխը ադրբեջանական Սադարակին կապող երկաթուղու մի քանի հարյուր մետրի վերագործարկումը, ինչը թույլ կտա Հայաստանը երկաթգծով կապել Իրանին»: Նկատենք, որ Հորադիզից դեպի Հայաստան ձգվող մոտ հարյուր կիլոմետրանոց երկաթգծի կառուցման աշխատանքները Ադրբեջանում սկսվել են այս փետրվարին։

Բաքուն այն ծրագրում է ավարտել մինչեւ 2023թ. վերջ: Այսինքն՝ Հայաստանի, ավելի կոնկրետ՝ Հայաստանի քարտեզի շուրջ տեղի են ունենում գործընթացներ, որոնք դրսեւորվում են «Կարգին սերիալի» մոտիվներով:
