Ազգային ժողովի «Քաղաքցիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի եղբայրը՝ Ռոբերտ Սուքիասյանը երեկ 55 միլիոն դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատ է արձակվել: Տեղեկությունը «Հետք»-ի հետ զրույցում հաստատեց Սուքիասյանի պաշտպան Գոռ Միքայելյանը: Դատարանը միջնորդությունը քննել է ոչ թե նշանակված հերթական դատական նիստի ընթացքում, այլ պաշտպան Միքայելյանի դիմումի հիման վրա:

Կայքի հարցին, թե ի՞նչ հրատապ հարց է առաջացել, որ դատարանը հերթական նիստից դուրս նիստ է նշանակել, Միքայելյանը պատասխանեց, թե պատճառը Սուքիասյանի նկատմամբ թույլ տրված ապօրինություններն են եղել, վերջինս կալանավորվել է՝ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ առաջին ատյանի դատարանը նրա նկատմամբ գրավի կիրառումը  թույլատրելի է համարել:

Ռոբերտ Սուքիասյանը, հիշեցնենք, մեղադրվում է զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու մեջ: 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 18-ին, Երևանի կենտրոնում՝ Ամիրյան 18 հասցեում, մի քանի մարդ վիճաբանել են, հարվածներ են հասցրել իրար, որի ընթացքում նաև կրակոցներ են հնչել: Միջադեպի ընթացքում ԱՄՆ-ի քաղաքացի մի տղամարդ ոտքի շրջանում հրազենային վնասվածք է ստացել: Միջադեպի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում 4 անձի, որոնց թվում՝ Ռոբերտ Սուքիասյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Սուքիասյանն ի սկզբանե կալանավորվել է, ապա նրա նկատմամբ գրավ է կիրառվել: Այս որոշումը dատախազությունը բողոքարկել է վերաքննիչ դատարան: Մինչ վերաքննիչ դատարանը որոշում կկայացներ, միջադեպի առթիվ բուն գործն ուղարկվել 1 առաջին ատյանի դատարան՝ ըստ էության քննության:

Գոռ Միքայելյանն ասաց, որ գործը մակագրվել է դատավոր Կարեն Ֆարխոյանին, որը վարույթ է ընդունել այն և անդրադառնալով Ռոբերտ Սուքիասյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոցի հարցին՝ որոշել է անփոփոխ թողնել վերջինիս նկատմամբ այդ պահին կիրառված խափանման միջոց գրավը:
