«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

«Ուզում ենք մի նոր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ ստեղծել, որտեղ գտնվելը, ինչ-որ իմաստով, կլինի օրհնություն»: Եթե չիմանաք, երբեք գլխի չեք ընկնի, թե ով է նման «գլուխգործոցի» հեղինակը: Նման ձևակերպում տվել է Հայաստանի արդարադատության նախարարը՝ խոսելով այն մասին, որ 2-3 ՔԿՀ-ներ կփակվեն և կմիավորվեն մեկում, որը կլինի չտեսնված-չլսված մի բան: Բայց խոսքն այս դեպքում այդ քայլի արդյունավետության կամ ոչ արդյունավետության մասին չէ:

Խոսքը Կարեն Անդրեասյանի ձևակերպման մասին է: Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում գտնվելը՝ օրհնությո՞ւն: Լո՞ւրջ: Իհարկե, շատ լավ է, որ «այնտեղ կլինեն մարդու իրավունքների համար բացարձակ լավ պաշտպանված պայմաններ», բայց հայտարարել, որ մարդու համար ՔԿՀ-ում հայտնվելը կլինի օրհնություն, վեր է ամենավառ երևակայությունից անգամ: Ընդհանրապես, այս կառավարության անդամները պարբերաբար այնպիսի հայտարարություններ են անում, որ նույնիսկ տարրական տրամաբանությունից է դուրս:

Օրինակ՝ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարը գոնե շաբաթը մեկ այդպիսի մի ձևակերպում տալիս է: Վերջինն էլ այն էր, որ իրենք Ամանորի ու Սուրբծննդյան տոնական օրերը կրճատում են, որ մարդիկ քիչ ծախսեն, որ... գնաճ չլինի: Է, ընդհանրապես աշխատավարձն ու թոշակը վերացրեք, մենակ իշխանավորները ծախս կանեն, բացարձակ գնաճ չի լինի:

Առողջապահության նախարարն էլ ասում է, թե պատվաստման համար հերթ կանգնելու մեջ սարսափելի բան չկա: Իսկ վարակվելու հավանականությո՞ւն, իսկ ժամանակի կորո՞ւստ, իսկ աշխատանք կորցնելու հեռանկա՞ր, իսկ նյարդերը քայքայելու վտա՞նգ: Սրանք էլ չկա՞ն: Դժվար է ասել՝ այս ամենը գործող իշխանությունների պարզ բնութագի՞րն է, թե նախարարները դիտմամբ են անում՝ հանրությանը ինչ-որ «արտառոց» թեմաներով զբաղեցնելու միտումով: Բայց, որն էլ լինի, այս ամենը վաղուց արդեն ծիծաղելի չէ...
