Մոտավորապես 4 ամիս առաջ Չինաստանից ապրանք եմ պատվիրում ու երբ ապրանքը հասնումա ինձ տեսնում եմ, որ ուրիշ բան են ինձ ուղարկել։ Կապնվում եմ խանութի հետ, բացատրում եմ, որ կամ սխալմունք է տեղի ունեցել, կամ ինձ խաբել են՝ խանութը ինձ բլոկում է, ոչ մի ձև չեմ կարողանում կապնվել խանութի հետ։ Վերջը հասկանում եմ, որ ինձ խաբել են, փորձում եմ տարբեր միջոցներ ձեռնարկել, որպեսզի ապրանքս ինձ հասնի, կամ գոնե գումարը ետ տան ( մոտավորապես 200$)։
 
Էդ ժամանակ Chargeback-ի և նախարբիտրաժային փոուլ անցնելու խնդրանքով դիմում եմ Inecobank CJSC-ին և ներկայացնում բոլոր փաստերը, բանկը սկսում է վարույթ ընդունել։ Այսօր համաձայն ******** զեկուցագրի նախաարբիտրաժում, տանում ենք հաղթանակ և գումարը ետ են վերադարձնում ինձ։
