«Երեկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հետ կանչեց Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունում ՀՀ դեսպան Արտաշես Թումանյանին։ Այս մասին դեռ ամիսներ առաջ «Հրապարակը» գրել էր, ինչն առաջացրել էր դեսպանի զայրույթը: Պարոն Թումանյանն այս տարի 70 տարեկան դարձավ, եւ հետկանչը կարող էր նաեւ տարիքով պայմանավորված լինել։ Նա 1999-2000 թթ․ եղել է ԱԳ առաջին փոխնախարար, համարվում է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կադրը, եղել է երկրորդ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը, ավելի վաղ՝ պատգամավոր, հարկայինի պետ։

Սակայն երբ փորձեց սեփական կուսակցություն ստեղծել, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի վրդովմունքը հարուցեց, եւ դա դարձավ պաշտոնանկության պատճառ։ 2015-ին Սերժ Սարգսյանը նրան նշանակեց Իրանում ՀՀ դեսպան: Թումանյանի փոխարեն նշանակվել է Արսեն Ավագյանը, որը մինչ այդ ԱԳՆ-ի սահմանակից երկրների վարչության պետն է եղել։ Նախարարության մեր աղբյուրները վստահեցնում են, որ պատրաստված դիվանագետ է եւ կկարողանա գլուխ հանել այս բարդագույն ժամանակներում։

Առաջիկայում հետ կկանչվի նաեւ Իսպանիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Վլադիմիր Կարմիրշալյանը, որին դասում են ոչ գործունյա դիվանագետների շարքին` ոչ այնքան այն պատճառով, որ Իսպանիայում առանձնապես անելիք չկա, եւ նախկինում այստեղ միայն հյուպատոսություն էր գործում, այլեւ իր բնույթի պատճառով։ Նրան կփոխարինի «Իմ քայլի» նախկին պատգամավոր, սորոսական Սոս Ավետիսյանը։ Ըստ լուրերի՝ վերջինիս ագրեմանն արդեն ուղարկվել է»,-գրում է թերթը։
