«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Կորոնավարակից մահերի աճը եւ պատվաստումների ոչ բավարար քանակը կարող է ստիպել իշխանություններին անցնել ավելի կտրուկ քայլերի: Մեզ տեղեկություններ են հասնում այն մասին, որ պարտադիր թեստավորման 14-օրյա ժամկետը կարող է դառնալ 10 օր, այսինքն՝ ամսական 3 անգամ: Սա նշանակում է, որ եթե մինչ այժմ չպատվաստված քաղաքացիները հույս ունեին, որ 14-օրը մեկ թեստ հանձնելով՝ կարող են խուսափել պատվաստումից, ապա հիմա ստիպված կլինեն ամեն 10 օրը մեկ թեստ հանձնել։

Պարտադիր թեստավորում չանող աշխատակիցների ու նրանց գործատուների համար նախատեսված են խոշոր տուգանքներ, մի քանի անգամ կրկնվելու դեպքում նաեւ քրեական հետապնդում կարող է իրականացվել:

Մեր ճշտող հարցին՝ ինչպես են վերահսկելու նման մասշտաբների տեղեկությունները, մեզ փոխանցեցին, որ օգնելու են նաեւ ուժային կառույցները, որոնք գործի կդնեն նաեւ իրենց տեխնիկական միջոցները: Մեզ հավաստիացրին, որ իրավական որեւէ խնդիր լինել չի կարող, քանզի վարակված լինելու եւ վարակ տարածելու հանրային վտանգավորությունը պարտավորեցնում է պետությանը կտրուկ քայլերի գնալ:

Դիվանագիտական խողովակներից ստացվող տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ մի շարք արեւմտյան երկրներ հասկացնել են տալիս, որ իրենց կառավարությունները պատրաստվում են սեւ ցուցակներ գցել այն երկրներին, որոնց իշխանությունները չեն կարողանում ապահովել պատվաստումների որոշակի տոկոս, իսկ սեւ ցուցակ կոչվածը կարող է լինել մուտքերի արգելք, ֆինանսական ու տնտեսական այլ բնույթի սահմանափակումներ:

Օր օրի տարածվող համավարակը իշխանություններին փաստացի կանգնեցրել է խնդրի առաջ։ Մի կողմից՝ մահացությունների թիվն ու բուժման կարիք ունեցող մեծ թվով քաղաքացիները, մյուս կողմից՝ փակ սահմանների վտանգը։
