«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Հայաստանում հոկտեմբերի 1-ից արդեն իսկ ուժի մեջ է մտել առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանը, համաձայն որի՝ կորոնավիրուսի համավարակով պայմանավորված՝ աշխատակիցները կա՛մ պետք է պատվաստվեն, կա՛մ մինչեւ հոկտեմբերի 14-ը գործատուին պետք է ներկայացնեն կորոնավիրուսի բացասական թեստի պատասխանը։

Քաղաքացիների զգալի մասն արդեն իսկ կատարել է իր ընտրությունը, պատվաստվել է, իսկ մի մասն էլ կփորձի թեստավորման միջոցով խուսափել պատվաստումից։ Թվում էր՝ ամսական ընդամենը 2 անգամ թեստ հանձնելով՝ հնարավոր կլինի խուսափել պատվաստվելուց, բայց, արի ու տես, մեր քաղաքացիներն ահռելի նյութական վնասներ են կրելու։

Հաշվի առնելով համավարակի տեւողությունը՝ առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանը դեռ երկար ժամանակ կմնա ուժի մեջ. խոսքը առնվազն 3-4 տարվա մասին է, այսինքն՝ առնվազն 3-4 տարի քաղաքացիները ստիպված կլինեն ամսական 2 անգամ թեստ հանձնել, եթե, իհարկե, չեն ուզում պատվաստվել։ Ընդամենը 3 տարվա հաշվարկով դա կազմում է 72 թեստ։ ՊՇՌ թեստերի գները Հայաստանում տատանվում են 7-15 հազար դրամի սահմաններում, միջինը՝ 10 հազար դրամ։ Փաստորեն, 3 տարվա համար պատվաստվել չցանկացող քաղաքացիները ստիպված կլինեն 72×10.000=720.000 դրամ գումար ծախսել միայն թեստավորման վրա։

Իսկ պատրա՞ստ են արդյոք մեր քաղաքացիները ֆինանսական նման ծանր բեռ կրել, թե՞ ոչ. յուրաքանչյուր ոք կատարելու է իր ընտրությունը՝ պատվաստվել, թե առնվազն 500-720 հազար դրամ վճարել թեստերի համար։ Թերևս հայաստանյան ներկայիս իշխանությանը կարծես չի էլ հետաքրքրում, թե ինչ իրավիճակում են հայտնվել քաղաքացիները, ավելին՝ իշխանությունն ամեն բան անում է, որպեսզի քաղաքացիները պատվաստվեն, քանզի ինչպես հավաստիացնում են կառավարությունից, կոլեկտիվ պատվաստումն է համավարակի դեմ միակ պայքարի միջոցը։
