Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Արցախում հետընտրական գործընթացները ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատեցին, որ տեղի ունեցած նախագահական և խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցող Արցախի հերոս, գեներալ Վիտալի Բալասանյանը և Արցախի "Արդարություն" կուսակցությունը միակ այլընտրանքն էին և ընդդիմադիր ուժը։
Մեր նախընտրական ծրագրերում հստակ գրված էր, թե՛ ինչպիսի հայրենիք ենք ուզում ունենալ, ինչ անվտանգության երաշխիքով, ինչ տնտեսական նվաճումներով, ինչ դատական համակարգով՝ որտեղ մարդը գերագույն արժեք է ։
Այսօր էլ մեր առաջնային սկզբունքը կա և մնում է մարդը, որի անվտանգությունը և արժանապատիվ կյանքը գերխնդիր է։ Մենք համոզված էինք, որ ժողովրդավար ընտրությունների արդյունքում ունենալով լեգիտիմ իշխանություն, մենք կկարողանայինք լինել այն իշխանությունը, որը դուրս կբերեր Արցախի Հանրապետությունը գեոքաղաքական այս թնջուկից, որտեղ ամեն րոպե, ամեն ժամ օղակը սեղմվում է ։ Ցավոք, օրերս իշխանությունների վերջնական ձևավորումը եկավ մեզ ապացուցելու, որ նախընտրական շրջանում չկար նախկինների և ներկաների պայքար, չկար նախընտրական հակասություն, ապացուցվեց, որ ընտրությունը դա վատ բեմադրված թատրոն էր, որտեղ շատ քաղաքական ուժեր ունեին իրենց դերերը և խաղացին դրանք։ Ափսոսում ենք, որ այդ քաղաքական ուժերը կրկին հուսախաբ արեցին սեփական ժողովրդին։
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Մենք ընտրություններին մասնակցեցինք «Հաղթանակը չի՛ վաճառվում» կարգախոսով, մնում ենք հավատարիմ մեր կարգախոսին և շարունակելու ենք պայքարել հանուն Արցախի բարօրության և անվտանգության ։ Դատապարտելու ենք պետականաշինության անվան տակ ցանկացած հակապետական գործողություն, դրսևորելու ենք անհանդուրժողություն սոցիալական անարդարության կործանանար մակարդակի հասած միտումներին։ Մենք աշխատելու ենք, վերահսկելու ենք իշխանության կողմից իրականացված ծրագրերի օրինականությունն ու արդյունավետությունը։ Միասին Արցախում երաշխավորելու ենք անվտանգությունը և արդարությունը։
