«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի երբեմնի ամենամտերիմ անձանցից Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը հայտնվել է լուսանցքից դուրս հարազատ թիմում: Բանն այն է, որ Հայրապետյանը դեռ անցած գումարման խորհրդարանի օրոք անձամբ Փաշինյանին տեղեկացրել էր, որ ինքը չի ցանկանում օրենսդիր մարմնում աշխատել, ու իրեն պետք է տեղափոխել գործադիր մարմին: Փաշինյանը Հայրապետյանին հորդորել էր սպասել, քանի որ նպատակ ուներ նրան նշանակել ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի եւ սպորտի նախարարի պաշտոնում. դա եղել էր նաեւ Հայրապետյանի պահանջը:

44-օրյա պատերազմը եւ ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունները, սակայն, փոխեցին իրավիճակը, ու արդյունքում Հայրապետյանը մնաց օդից կախված: Վերջինս ցանկացել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունում փոխնախարար նշանակվել՝ Սփյուռքի գծով, սակայն, արի ու տես, ամիսներ է անցել, բայց Հայրապետյանը դեռեւս անգործ է: Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ Հայրապետյանը թիմից շատ վիրավորված է ու, կարելի է ասել, թիմի հետ կտրել է իր կապը:

Իշխանական մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ Հայրապետյանի հետ Փաշինյանի «թարսվելը» կապված է այն հանգամանքով, որ վերջինս թիմի ժողովների, հավաքների ու քննարկումների ժամանակ շատ կոպիտ է խոսում, անընդհատ փնովում է իրենց աշխատանքը, ինչի համար էլ արժանացել է նման վերաբերմունքի: Մենք փորձել ենք Մխիթար Հայրապետյանի հետ այս հարցերի շուրջ զրուցել, սակայն վերջինս կտրականապես մեր հեռախոսազանգերին չպատասխանեց: Հայրապետյանն անհետացել է:
