«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի պատմության մեջ դեռեւս չէր եղել դեպք, որ ԱԺ կին պատգամավորին քաշքշելով, գետնին «տապալելով»՝ նիստերի դահլիճից դուրս հանեն: Երեկ ԱԺ 8-րդ գումարման խորհրդարանում արձանագրվեց այդ ամոթալի միջադեպը: Իսկ ինչի՞ց սկսվեց քաշքշուկը:

ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աննա Մկրտչյանը հարց ուղղեց վարչապետին, թե ինչու չի հրապարակում այն տվյալները, ըստ որի՝ Ադրբեջանը պետք է ներսից տրաքացնի: Իհարկե, պատգամավորի հարցը պարունակում էր մի քանի քաղաքական գնահատական, որակում, որին ի պատասխան՝ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, թե հարցն անարձագանք է թողնում, ու անցան առաջ: Երբ հարցի հերթը արդեն նույն խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանինն էր, Մկրտչյանը տեղից հայտարարեց, թե ինչու թույլ չեն տալիս շարունակել, երբ ինքը չի ավարտել խոսքը, եւ ինչու չի կարելի դահլիճում խոսել «ախրանիկների» մասին:

Փաշինյանը, կարելի է ասել, հանգիստ անցել էր մյուս հարցին, բայց ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը կրկին սկսեց պատգամավորին լռեցնելու փորձերը ագրեսիվ վարքագծով:
Փաշինյանն էլ իր հերթին, արդեն պատասխանելով Աբրահամյանի հարցին, թե ինչ գնահատական կտա թիմակիցների պահվածքին, առավել սադրիչ հայտարարություն արեց՝ ասելով՝ շատ ավելի մեղմ է եղել գնահատականը:

Այս խոսքերից է՛լ ավելի ոգեւորվեց ԱԺ նախագահը եւ դարձյալ Աննա Մկրտչյանի հետ լեզվակռվի մեջ մտնելով՝ ԱԺ դահլիճի անվտանգությունը հսկող ՊՊԾ-ին ներս հրավիրեց՝ պատգամավորին ԱԺ դահլիճից հանելու համար:

Գործի անցավ ՊՊԾ պետ Սարգիս Հովհաննիսյանը, ու բռնի ուժով Աննա Մկրտչյանին հեռացրին: «Հայաստան» խմբակցության քարտուղար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը փորձեց կանխել այդ ամենը, նրան ՊՊԾ աշխատակիցները հարվածներ հասցրին, պատռվեց նրա վերնաշապիկը, ՊՈւ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանին եւս բաժին հասավ այս ամենից… Մի խոսքով, իսկական մարտեր՝ առանց կանոնների:

Պետք է արձանագրել, որ երեկ խորհրդարանում տեղի ունեցածը խոսքի ազատության ոտնահարման դասական օրինակ է. մարդը կարծիք է արտահայտում, նրան քաշքշում են:

Լրագրողները ուզում են դա արձանագրել, արգելվում է. նրանց օթյակից քաշքշելով՝ դուրս են հանում: Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ ՀՀ վարչապետը հայտարարում է, թե ՀՀ-ում խոսքի ազատություն է, մարդկանց իրավունքները պաշտպանված են, սակայն դա բացարձա իրականության հետ բացարձակ աղերս չունի: Երեկ խորհրդարանում տեղի է ունեցել հանցագործություն, որին պետք է պատշաճ ձեւով արձագանքել. լրագրողներին ու պատգամավորներին քաշքշել են, զրկել ձայնի իրավունքից ու ամեն գնով փորձում են լռեցնել ազատ խոսքը:
