ՀԾԿՀ-ն առաջարկում է սպառողներին վաճառվող գազի սակագինը թանկացնել 4․5 %-ով, ոչ թե 11 %-ով, ինչպես առաջարկում է «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան»

Հայաստանում բնական գազի սակագների վերաբերյալ Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի աշխատակազմը առաջարկներ է ներկայացրել:

«Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից Հանրային ծառայություններ ներկայացված՝ սպառողներին վաճառվող բնական գազի սակագների վերանայման հայտը ուսումնասիրվել է ՀԾԿՀ աշխատակազմի կողմից և ներկայացվել են հաշվարկներ, ըստ որոնց՝ հանձնաժողովը առաջարկում է բնակչությանը վաճառվող բնական գազի սակագինը թողնել անփոփոխ՝ 139 հազար դրամ հազար խմ համար։ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» իր հայտում առաջարկել էր բնակչության վաճառվող գազի գինը 139 հազար դրամից դարձնել 135 909 դրամ։

ՀԾԿՀ-ն նաև առաջարկում է անփոփոխ թողնել սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիք համարվող սպառողներին վաճառվող՝ տարեկան մինչև 600 խմ բնական գազի սպառման համար նախատեսված սակագինը` 100 հազար դրամ հազար խմ դիմաց։ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի» հայտով առաջարկվում է բոլոր սպառողների՝ այդ թվում սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների համար սակագինը դարձնել նույնը՝ 135 909 դրամ։

Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում գործունեություն իրականացնող ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների, ինչպես նաև վերամշակող՝ պահածոների, խմիչքների և կաթնամթերքի արտադրությամբ զբաղվողներին վաճառվող բնական գազի գինը ՀԾԿՀ-ն առաջարկում է 212 դոլարից դարձնել 224 դոլար, ոչ թե 283․1 դոլար, ինչպես առաջարկում էր «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան»։

ՀԾԿՀ-ի հաշվարկներով՝ ամսական մինչև 10 000 խմ սպառում ունեցող բաժանորդների գազի գինը ևս պետք է մնա նույնը՝ 139 000 դրամ 1000 խ/մ-ի համար։ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի» առաջարկել այդ խմբի համար սակագինը դարձնել 135 909 հազար դրամ։ Իսկ ամսական 10 000 խմ-ը գերազանցող սպառողների համար հանձնաժողովը առաջարկում է սահմանել 255 դոլար՝ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի» հայտով առաջարկվող 283․14 դոլարի փոխարեն։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 1-ին «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ն դիմել է ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողով՝ սպառողներին վաճառվող բնական գազի սակագների վերանայման հայտով, որով առաջարկվել է բոլոր սպառողների համար սահմանել միասնական 283.14 ԱՄՆ դոլար/հազ. խմ, իսկ ՀԾԿՀ առաջարկով սպառողներին վաճառվող բնական գազի միջին կշռութային սակագինը կկազմի 266․71 դոլար/հազ. խմ։ Նշենք, որ գործող սակագների հաշվարկի համաձայն սպառողներին վաճառվող բնական գազի միջին կշռութային սակագինը կազմում է 255,06 ԱՄՆ դոլար/հազ. խմ կամ 122428,3 դրամ/հազ. խմ։

Արդյունքում, «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից սպառողներին վաճառվող բնական գազի առաջարկվող սակագնի աճը գործող միջին կշռութային սակագնի նկատմամբ կազմում է 11%, իսկ ՀԾԿՀ առաջարկներով աճը կկազմի 4․5 տոկոս։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2020 թվականի հունիսի 4-ին ժամը 14:00 ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովում նշված հարցը նախատեսվում է աշխատանքային կարգով քննարկել սպառողների շահերը պաշտպանող հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, հետաքրքրություն ցուցաբերած շահագրգիռ այլ անձանց և ընկերության ներկայացուցիչների հետ։
